We are very pleased with our installation. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and answered our enquiry’s. The system it’s self is performing beyond what we expected and working well. All applications to the DNO was taken care of on our behalf. The install team were brilliant and informed us of the process and asked for any observations or suggestions about the install it was completed in one day and was generating from day one. He only suggestion I could make id that there was a bit more of a regular update when waiting for info from the DNO as it felt like we were having to chase for an update. Finally as the post is unreliable I would suggest that the email of important docs was the norm as we got the handover pack about a week after we asked for the mcs letter so we had an additional week of getting paid for excess electricity. Overall though a great experience and highly recommended.

The only company that came to view the property then quoted on our specific requirements. Then we viewed the quote and signed. The workmanship was excellent, the schedule was adhered to and everything is perfect. Every other company we contacted wanted to quote prior to viewing the property and demanded we sign an acceptance prior to any visit!!

All the fitters were courteous, friendly and helpful, and fitted our PV panels and control system with the minimum of fuss. One of them came back later to set up a wifi extension and set up an app on my phone.

Initial proposal was explained in detail and easy to follow. All works were planned and carried out with precise timing. The installers were extremely efficient and did a great job with attention to detail to get the panels straight and level. The electrical installation was very neat and tidy too, they even installed the App onto my phone.

One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. From my initial enquiry, through the first review, the subsequent engineers visit and the final installation everything was on time and excellent. To cap it all off the results in terms of the savings I would make have proved extremely accurate. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.
