There was a frustration with my builder and Solar Saves over the communal use of the scaffolding around the house that lengthened the job .
Other wise a good helpful company.

From first enquiry to installation was 4 weeks . Customer service is excellent .

From the word go everything was fantastic. The mens who did the job were great. Very helpful and organised so I would recommend you to anyone.

Guys did really good job. I am working nights but they didn't disturb me :)

The process of buying a battery for our existing solar panels was quick and easy. All of our questions were answered and the communication was excellent.

High quality equipment fitted, but they don't fully understand the equipment there fitting and how it operates. I had to contact the manufacturer to get it sorted/clarified.
Damaged my decorating and we agreed that as they had changed some roof tiles, we would call it even.
But they have actually left more broken tiles that I started with no confidence in this company, so it's going to be another job for me to sort out.
Solarsaves contact me after this review and address the outstanding issues/concerns I know you pay more for going to a bigger company but it does show in the aftercare. Some cheap companies may have just disappeared

A great experience from start to finish. I really like the fact that someone came to my home, looked at my roof, did the measurements and sat down and explained how solar panels and all the components worked. There was no hard sales, no pressure to sign up there and then.
I received my quote and once accepted, the survey was completed quickly and fitting booked in.
The scaffolding went up on the day it was meant to and the team who came were great, I had a deck fitted earlier in the year and they ensured that it was protected from any possible damage.
The solar panels were fitted on the day it was agreed, the fitters and electricians were fabulous, professional, quick, they fitted the panels and all components within 4 hours, had assisted me to download the app and how to use it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Then the scaffolders came and removed the scaffolding.
Everything was done, no fuss, on the day it was promised. I am extremely happy with the customer service I have received from everyone I have spoken to.

Great company to deal with throughout!
We went from the design stage to install complete within 2 weeks!

Brad, the sales manager, was lovely and very knowledgeable. He came out and put forward our design, talking us through different options openly and honestly.

His passion and understanding of renewables was great, and he was able to answer our questions, without it feeling too much like a “sales pitch” …which is refreshing (and much appreciated!) when being sold this kind of service!

The design system they use here is detailed but in a simple format so that it is easy to understand.

The people I spoke to in the office for different reasons were all lovely too, when arranging the payment and install planning etc.

Installation day came and the guys who came to install were also very nice and professional, explaining each stage as they went on. Also, before they left they went through the app with me so that we know what we are seeing (the app is very addictive to view, and was amazing to see it all working instantly!)

It has up and running for over a week now and I can already see that we have saved money! …hopefully a good investment and in time we will see some good pay back!

Can’t thank you enough for the amazing service we received today. I will be recommending you guys to my family and friends!

Shameful

SolarSaves made the whole process so easy, from my initial upfront enquiry with Paul, all the way through to installation and then post sale, the team couldn't really do enough. Looking forward to finally saving a few £ on my energy bills.
