Delivery supposed to come certain day never turned up now the parcel has gone too a different address and still waiting for confirmation on what’s happening about missing parcel. Very un happy with the service as this was my son bday present for his scooter and been let down especially paying express delivery aswell.

The motorcycle was shipped on time, it was a slight delay on the shipping end, but I received the bike in good time. The bike itself is awesome, elegant, and art like. Lightweight yet solidly built. Twisting the throttle in sport mode is a thrill every time. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Absolutely top-notch experience with Solar. I purchased a P1 Pro last year and while I did run into a few minor issues along the way, the after-sales support has genuinely impressed me. Every email was answered quickly, the team were professional throughout, and they handled everything efficiently without any hassle.

It’s rare these days to find a company that actually stands behind their products and looks after customers properly once the sale is done. The scooter itself is seriously quick, well built, and a lot of fun to ride.

Would definitely recommend Solar to anyone looking for a high-performance e-scooter backed by a responsive and reliable support team.

Great scooters and brilliant prices, very helpful staff and the deliveries are quick, even if shipping overseas. Purchased my 2nd scooter from Solar and would recommend to family and friends and have. My only gripe is there isn't a store near me.

Had my solar p1 pro e scooter for 5 years now, the quality, build, speed, and power is unmatched can not reccomend this brand enough, pure fun driving around ultra power when needed, just has a service and its come back like brand new, so happy with solar Scooters very hard to find better

I’ve had this scooter for a few weeks now and can say I am very pleased with it so far. Speed is as advertised, acceleration is amazing, and battery life is fantastic, even when driving at speed. Solar shipped my scooter within one business day and delivery was quick and seamless. I did have one small issue out of the box (the headlight switch was broken and the light only stayed on). Customer service via email was extremely quick. I had a replacement shipped to me in less than 24hrs. The modular design of the scooter is great - as it makes repairs very easy (one of the reasons I picked this model). Overall I am extremely pleased with the scooter and with Solar as a company.

I honestly can’t stress this enough, but absolute TOP TIER customer service. Scooter & accessories came the next working day, incredibly fast delivery. I did have a slight problem regarding my scooter, but I’m not mechanically minded in the slightest, so I got in touch and the team at Solar diagnosed the issue via video for me, and then advised what some potential solutions would be. They took time out of their day to create some step by step video tutorials for me to follow and my scooter is back in tip top condition. Very fast response to emails made it all incredibly stress free and I didn’t have to miss a single day of riding. Thanks Solar 💜

This company lies and scams its buyers about 5 months after purchasing my p1 pro from them in august my wiring blew up on my while using it during normal circumstances at 47 mph which is short of what they boast for the scooter in the first place and the shipping repair and everything I had to pay for out of pocket because they made a story they found a bolt within my scooters deck that caused the issue but when i asked them to show me evidence they threatened to not repair my scooter at all after this incident some months down the line my hall sensor from my motor went out and i sent the motor to them 2 weeks wait for a repair whatever they might have been busy but after this the motor produced a tick or thump at a certain rotation every time it spins and not even a day after getting it back from being repaired this company is a joke I won’t ever be buying another Solar product i’d much rather give my money to a more reputable brand. If solar could honour their warranty instead of shifting blame onto buyers and doing bodge repairs to fish the customers back they would be a much better / reliable company.

We purchased the Solar Eclipse Race Edition and were shocked to discover that the bike is not road legal in the Netherlands. The main issue is that Solar refuses to provide the correct, original watermarked COC certificate, which is required by the RDW. Without this document, registration is impossible.

To make matters worse, the bike arrived with two different frame numbers, which nearly caused the RDW to seize the bike during inspection. We have spent an enormous amount of time, effort, and money trying to resolve this, but after six months, the bike is still not road legal.

Solar has been uncooperative and unwilling to provide the proper COC certificate, and we have no idea why. Their communication and handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing.

We simply want this resolved as soon as possible, but at this point we cannot recommend Solar to anyone. The experience has been stressful, costly, and far below what you would expect from a professional company. Hopefully Solar comes asap with a solution and then i can rewrite my review!?

Purchased the Rst hyperion,the steering lock top is splitting,the lower lock has excess metal in it and inside has hairline fractures. The rear motor has failed at 121.7 miles . I've sent clear pictures and videos only to be told that it's tooling marks and that they would send me the numbers to replace rear bearings. Then they wanted me to pull the motor and send it to them which would void the battery warranty since this is a sealed deck . Any water ingress once a customer pulls the deck is the customers fault. The scooter has now been sitting for over a month and it's only 2.5 months old if that. They lie . I have all presales email talking about warranty and that I didn't want to jump through hoops should a failure happen and after sales emails . They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD OR THEIR PRODUCT AND EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THERE QUALUTY CONTEOL ISSUES,TI PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR REPAIRS EVEN WITH A WARRANTY ON A NEW SCOOTER . THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR INCOMPETENT TO KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS TOOLING MARKS AND AOMETHING IS FAILING . HAD TO FILE A REPORT WITH BBB. AND NOW I HAVE TO PURSUE A LAWYER TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WHEN ALL I ASKED FOR WAS REPLACEMENT PARTS OR EXCHANGE AND IM WILLING TO GIVE THIS POS SCOOTER BACK TO THEM .

There is no warranty with solar scooters they sent me a solar eq scooter with a manufacturer defect on the stem . The bolts do not tightening up properly , I have tightened many times they become lose again within 5 mins, The bolts holes have been wrongly threaded and after riding scooter for 5 minutes the stem becomes very lose and wobbly, scooter is unsafe to ride , I paid £45 shipping fee for scooter to be sent back to be repaired and they obviously did not test the scooter as scooter has been sent back with exactly the same problem, I have asked for a refund or new scooter and they are not honouring the warranty blaming me for riding the scooter is the cause of the problem which is completely untrue. They lie and make up anything just to avoid covering the warranty. I’ll never buy anything off these scammers again and i am reporting them to trading standards

Great service all the time quick delivery. Sorted out my rear wheel and electrical problem that’s now been solved. Had a problem with my washers, contacted solar scooters and sent a whole brand new set. Free of charge

There must be a change in management. Because I had a shocking service from this company a few years ago. I purchased their top of the range FF 1. It had all the bells and whistles, though it could do 50mph, I never went more than 32mph, and that was a pretty steep hill as i live on Exmoor national Park. It was not used more than once a week. Sometimes twice a month. Stored inside in a rear boot room. Never went out in the rain. It was my 50th birthday treat to myself. Then it died. Wouldn't charge. A friend of mine who has the exact same model tried charging his with my charger. . Charger was fine. No one would talk to me, only wanted to correspond through email. That was a bit hit and miss. Sent it back by courier. Was told to put it in its original box, yeah, like I'm going to hold onto a huge cardboard box for 18 months. They could not of been more unhelpful. Week goes by, still can't speak to anyone. They said it needs a new battery. But two electrical engineers i know had checked the battery, they said it takes a full charge. Lightning the display panel. Just nothing happened when you turned the throttle. Anyway I was quoted almost 800 pounds to get it fixed which included a new battery. I said let me have a think. Two days later it turned up by courier. Not fixed. I asked why they had sent it back. We haven't got room in our warehouse. Really! It got sent back again. After a bit/lot of complaining. The bill magically dropped a few hundred. . But then came the kicker. The part we need is no longer available. It can't be fixed. I was in shock. Pleaded with them to just call me. They had my .number. but nothing. It arrived in a worse condition than it went. The control panel all loose and hanging down. Would never recommend this company. Totally avoid unless under new ownership. I'm shocked they are still in businesses. I have two barber shops. People saw this thing. Loved it. I could of been a great salesman for this company, and I'm free. Not looking for anything, just someone to call me and discuss it. £2500 machine, 18 later. Can't be fixed or ridden again. Solar scooters are excellent products with great quality and performance.
However, there is a big price difference between the U.S. and the UK. Even with tax included, the U.S. price is lower, and there are additional $50 discount codes available only in the U.S., which makes the price gap even larger.

Spoke with support via email on several occasions, sometimes they replied within a hour or two, sometimes it was the next day.
Considering the time difference between the U.K and the U.S.A. that is understandable.
Happy with my purchase, 5 stars from me.

Cheap parts that need replacing. Spent £80 on servicing little after buying my scooter new, 200 miles previously.
