Bad experience with soldsoles ordered Jordan jubilees they said they where sent but they wasn’t got in contact with soldsoles after 2 weeks being ordered and then told that they were lost and that they would send out another pair which I received the next day after contacting them

Super easy process and great comms.
Excellent ! Great communication - there were some issues with UPS but the courier was changed and the package was delivered safely. Packaging was in tact and my son was over the moon with the trainers.
