I ordered some Jordan 1’s on Friday, had them delivered by Monday lunch time. Packaging was amazing, box was in amazing condition. I was very weary about ordering Jordan’s has i had been scammed before. But soldsoles saved the day, 100% recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Shoes arrived as expected and on time, epected them a little later due to the Christmas period. However I believe the outer box could have be packaged better as ductape was used losely to keep it together and could have easily been tampered/ damaged during transit. Just for futher deliveries please make sure the outer box is secured properly as people are paying large amounts for these shoes so would be unfortunate for them to be ruined during transit.

I would not even give one star to this company I ordered a pair of Nike trainers for my daughter for Christmas I received a battered brown box taped up with duct tape with nothing inside I paid £145 I got on to them as soon as I received the box over a week ago to let them know what has happened and asked why I got a battered brown box and not an Nike box to be told that they recycle boxes so what did they do with the Nike box? So as it stands they don’t seem to want to refund me I have sent photos of the box and as asked by them I’ve put in a police file they are trying to blame the carrier for the loss off the shoes but who puts an expensive pair of trainers in an old box taped with duct tape I paid for a pair of Nike trainers I expected them to come in the proper box and to be parcelled in a proper postage bag so be careful because once they have your money they hold on to it the whole thing has me stressed out but they don’t seem to care x I would like to add you got the photos when I reported this to you I don’t know why your saying I didn’t comply to everything you asked of me ive learned a very expensive lesson not everyone is as honest as they should be I did everything you asked of me x
