Delivered on time, in time for a birthday

Amazing customer service from the guy who served me today. I didn’t catch his name but very helpful and patient and made my purchase so easy!!

I emailed you about the fact that I haven’t received my package and no one replied to me.

The sales assistant Nick, honestly helped me so much. I was struggling on what shoes to get my partner for his birthday, and i asked him for his opinion. After having a conversation with him he helped me pick a pair of shoes which my boyfriend loves!

Great communication and very quick shipping time. Was kept informed of the status of shipment and item arrived quickly even with international shipping.

My order was shipped to the US. No issues at all with process. Sole was quick to fulfill order & shipping was quick. Sole kept me up speed as to tracking my parcel until it reached my home. Great experience! Will be shopping with them in the future.

I had phoned and reserved a pair of shoes I had seen online, the staff were quick to locate and help with payment. The new London store looked amazing and was great to see so many brands on show. I could have bought more if I had stayed longer in the shop.

Visited the Westfield, white city branch on 14/04/2025. I cannot thank Demet and Dana for their excellent customer care. Nothing was too much to ask. I went in to exchange a pair of trainers that I received as a gift. I must say I was very undecided on what I liked which made me feel a bit guilty. Both Dana and Demet helped me decide on a pair of trainers that were comfortable. I would highly recommend checking out this branch, purely because of the customer care and attention.

Still waiting for a reply to my emails, still waiting for any sort of confirmation that my order has been shipped. It’s been 2 weeks since they took my money. I have now contacted my credit card company to deal with them so I am refunded. I am sick of these fake ripoff merchants. I will make sure @soleheaven that I post everywhere about my experience and all the other experiences by people on trust pilot,

do not buy from sole sneakers they have fakes
