Very helpful communications
Very helpful communications. Good advice on shoes. Easy to return styles/sizes that were inappropriate. Shoes are beautifully made, and very comfortable. Ended up keepng a pair of black swirl trainers. (Size 6 - my normal size - I have a moderate bunion on my right foot and these accomodated it very well)

"Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"
Where do I begin? I've been buying from Sole Bliss for 5 or 6 years. I've noticed the quality decline every single time. Most recently I have had to send an order back twice for an exchange (placed after they sent me a £20 voucher because they apparently "missed me" as a customer) because they did not arrive in pristine condition. When I emailed them about this, they tried to gaslight me by saying this was fine and didn't affect the quality of the product. On what planet? How are you gonna charge £189 for a pair of shoes that don't arrive pristine? On top of that, it's been a whole week since my exchange was delivered and I've received no emails and no new product. It's also particularly funny to me that they reply to every review saying to check their website reviews instead which I can only guess they are able to edit and filter. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!" Too funny honestly. Top-notch management.

We take quality very seriously, and when you raised your concerns we investigated thoroughly. With white leather and rubber products, very subtle variations in texture and tone are completely normal. These are simply natural characteristics of the materials rather than flaws, and would be completely invisible on darker coloured shoes but may be slightly more noticeable, upon very close inspection, on pure white products.
We can assure you that our manufacturing process has not changed and our shoes continue to be held to the same high quality standards. That said, we completely understand that at at the price point, customers expect perfection, and we were therefore happy to offer an exchange and subsequently a full refund.
Regarding the delay in response, our office was closed for the Christmas period, of which you were notified by automatic email. We apologise if this caused frustration.

Not for Bunions!
Sole Bliss claim to cater for people with wide feet, specifically women with “bunions”! However, I found this NOT to be the case with myself, as I had to return two pairs of different sizes, the largest a size 8. Still too tight but crucially, the overlap and its leather/stitching on the inside of the shoe rubbed against my bunions. I loved the shoe style and was extremely disappointed. A re-think to cater for the likes of myself is required to satisfy the needs of women with bunions.

I have finally found shoes that work…
I have finally found shoes that work for me with Sole Bliss. I literally "suffer" from bunions and hammer toes and after years of buying shoes that really didn't work for me I spotted Sole Bliss online. And bought a pair of Hero shoes. I was hooked after that. I will probably never wear anything but Sole Bliss now. I have the Wonder Boots, and the loafers, three pairs of runner type shoes, two pairs of suede flats, a pair of sandsls and their knee high suede boots. It is such an absolute joy to walk without discomfort. Thanks Sole Bliss!!

I have tried a pair of their trainers…
I have tried a pair of their trainers and a pair of their boots in a larger size and both do not live up to being for wide feet. The trainers I could not get on and the boots were just so tight it was painful. I am a size 7.5 and chose the 8's. I can easily get into hotter wide fitting shoes in a size 8.
Great designs but extremely disappointed. Sargasso and Grey are also far better and suitable for wide feets, I have several pairs which fit well.

30 days not 3
Ordered 11/20/25. As of 12/10/25 no delivery. Emails to solebliss or FedEx simply apologize but do nothing to help
Update More-received shoes eventually and a $75 credit - BUT - SoleBliss fails to mention they originally did not submit proper customs paperwork. I found out from FedEx logistics and had to reach out to solebliss to correct. Took many many days of writing emails to get them to submit paperwork.

Fashionable and great fit
I had to return my boots because of a mark on the leather and a replacement pair was sent without delay. I love the boots. They fit snugly and look great. They’re trendy & I especially like the burgundy colour. I definitely recommend them.

So comfortable even with osteoarthritis problem
I honestly thought I would never be able to wear heels again due to osteoarthritis in my big toe. I can’t believe how amazing these shoes are (went for ones that suit a wider foot). So comfortable, I can walk quite a way in them. Thank you so much for making them! They are a lot more expensive than I usually buy but worth every penny. When I need another pair of boots or trainers, I’m coming here!

Uncomfortable despite many tries
I was really excited to find a company selling shoes for people with bunions that want to wear trainers that look good. I started ordering the Feather in green, but it was too tight, so I went up a size, but found it was still uncomfortable. I phoned their customer service and was advised to try a style beginning with H, so I tried the Hero in cherry red. It fitted better, and after testing it for a few hours at home I walked about half a mile and found that it had started to dig into my foot, causing it to bleed. Feeling inside the shoe there is clearly a sharp edge on the big toe where the soft suede meets the harder leather the laces go through. I contacted customer services again, but this time they were less helpful and although I returned the shoes they said they found no fault and could not refund for any shoes worn outside as per their policy.
I am left very disappointed that the shoes they recommended caused such pain despite me having done everything they suggested (phoning for advice, testing on carpet) I should to check the fit.

Our team thoroughly inspected the returned shoes and compared them with a new pair of the same style and size, however were unable to identify any manufacturing fault or sharp edge. The area where the suede meets the leather is part of any standard trainer's construction. We recognise that this didn't work for your particular foot shape, and we genuinely regret that this style caused you discomfort.
We recommend making full use of the 30 day window to try the shoes on a carpeted area for an extended time to ensure they're fully comfortable before wearing them outside. As the shoes were worn outside and were no longer in a resaleable condition, we were unable to process a refund.

The shoes came with a very smooth sole…
The shoes came with a very smooth sole which can be a hazard on tiled or laminate flooring. When I contacted Sole Bliss they told me that they would get more grip once I wore them outside. I am reluctant to try them outside in case I slip over. My only option is to have new soles fitted at a cobblers as an extra cost on top of already expensive shoes.
After wearing them around the house for 2 hours the balls of my feet were burning like they do with cheap shoes despite claims of extra cushioning. The only positives is they didn't hurt my bunion and are really pretty.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns with the soles. Some of our heels have resin soles which can feel slippery at first, especially when wearing on carpet indoors. However, they naturally develop more grip when worn outside as the soles develop texture from use. Alternatively, many customers score the soles themselves to create more grip, or have a cobbler add a rubber sole protector. We're also currently working with our factory to develop soles with better grip from the start.
We're sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced on the balls of your feet. Our shoes feature triple-layer cushioning, but we recognise that comfort is very individual and not every style will work for everyone. We offer a 30 day period, during which we recommend customers spend time wearing the shoes inside on a carpeted area to ensure they are fully comfortable. So disappointed
Loved the shoes but very disappointed that they don’t cater for small feet. They start at 3.5 and I am a 3 with a bunion on one foot. Tried insoles and heel grips in the beautiful Carmen but were slipping off. Keeping the Cecelia as it has a strap across and with a half insole in the ‘good’ foot I can just about get away with it.

Faulty boots
Bought several pair of these boots and trainers but the last pair I bought when wearing proved to be faulty. The boots rubbed my ankles badly. When I asked customer services for advice they said as it was past 30 days there was nothing that could be done. Very poor service for faulty boot and a poor way to treat a loyal customer. Will not purchase these again as the price does not match the service. £250 wasted!

Disappointed in the comfort! Not made for wide fit feet!
I ordered the miracle trainers which in the description, are the widest trainers they make. The trainers themselves when they arrived, are lovely looking, beautiful leather. I adjusted the laces to fit my feet and they felt comfortable, so i decided to keep them. But after wearing them for a day at work, they felt tighter across the width throughout the day and standing my bunion felt rubbed and were red and sore when i took them off, i did wear with socks, they gave me the same pain as normal fashion trainers that cost half the price. I am disappointed as i was really looking forward to having pain free feet whilst standing working all day. I will keep them as a fashion trainer for when i only wear them for an hour or so! I feel you need to be more detailed with your width description as if they are your widest fit they should be suitable for an E width foot!

Not great or for wide feet in my experience
I ordered a pair of shoes believing that they would be wider (to accommodate bunions, which I don’t have) and more padded (for comfort) than ordinary shoes, hence the diagrams and price tag. I don’t have wide feet per se but they tend to swell over time in heels. I’m sorry to say I couldn’t even get my foot into the front part of the shoe to try them on! I am very disappointed. I realise now a lot of the reviews on here are actually praising customer service - but where a lot of people are actually returning the shoes. The refunds are also slow, given the price tag and there’s no returns updates. I emailed to see if they’d received them back and they told me to track the parcel myself! So if you are also reading these reviews looking for a wider shoe, I don’t think these are.

We're surprised to hear you couldn't get your foot into the shoes, as our designs feature wide toe boxes specifically to accommodate a range of foot shapes. However, this particular style is one of our highest heels, and naturally because of the height and angle, the fit can be slightly less generous than our other styles. We often recommend customers size up for our highest heels for this reason, and our Customer Care Team is always happy to provide personalised sizing advice.
Regarding your returns experience, we apologise if our response didn't meet your expectations. As the tracking information is on the postage receipt given when you drop items at the Post Office, we don't have access to this information – tracking the return yourself is the fastest way to see when it has reached us. Our standard refund process takes 3-5 working days from when the return reaches us, plus a further 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank. We're sorry if this felt slow to you, and we're working on improving our returns service with more frequent updated.
