I went on the Istria trip in May and made some great memories.
From the beginning Donatela was a fantastic host. Our initial supposed to be 30minute-1 hour video call ended up being 2 hours of us yapping like we’d known each other for years.
When we arrived at the villa rooms were decided really naturally and worked out perfectly for everyone.
As for the activities that Donatela plans and drives you to (prepare for lots of sing alongs in the van), I wouldn’t have experienced these if I’d planned a trip myself. These are unforgettable, with local run businesses who welcome you so warmly.
There’s so much more I could say about this incredible experience but not enough space to type. So, if you’re thinking about going on a solo yet together trip, I highly recommend jumping on a call with Donatela and booking, you won’t regret it!

I loved my trip to Istria! This was my first ‘solo’ trip and I had a great experience making new friends and exploring new countries😊 Donatela was a great coordinator and always on hand to answer any questions I had before the trip via WhatsApp. The organisation for the whole itinerary was incredible! I wouldn’t have been able to experience them without them all being put together in one trip. I’d recommend this to anyone but especially for women wanting to solo travel but still make new friends along the way!!💞

I’m not even sure where to begin- from the minute I signed up, Donatela was so attentive and responsive and made the process so easy. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this being the first time I had done anything like it but I have absolutely zero regrets about it. Donatela planned everything so so well, she’s the kindest soul ever and you can tell how much this means to her. I never thought I would be on a catamaran with 6 other girls I had never met before but from the first day it felt like we had known eachother for ages. I cannot recommend this experience enough, if you’re thinking about doing it then do it! You won’t regret it and Donatela will definitely make sure you don’t either!

One of my goals for this year was to go on holiday by myself. After having just got out of a 3 year relationship where I kinda lost myself, I wanted to get my spark back and really put myself out there and do something different. This trip fulfilled that wish for me and much more. From the moment I first met Donatella at Pula airport to the moment I left with 6 new friends I had the most amazing time. From the truffle hunting, to exploring all the little towns, to sipping gorgeous wines and cocktails at Rossi Winery. I have made memories I will remember for the rest of my life with such wonderful women. Donatella is an amazing host and truly made me fall in love with a country that I had never even thought to visit before coming across her page. This trip was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking!!

Great trip around Croatia! Donatela has been great at finding a range of activities for everyone and managed to please the whole group (which is no easy task!). I would recommend if solo trip is on your bucket list!

Cannot recommend this trip enough!! Donatela is so welcoming and has created the best itinerary to showcase croatia, from horse back riding to wine tasting to views of the beautiful towns! Loved getting to know the girls on this trip and creating the best memories

I love the concept of a girls trip! I had a wonderful time and got to know amazing girls with different backgrounds. I think the activities were a god mix and it felt authentic. I also think that Donatela were good at listening to what we wanted to do, so we had not everything planned either. I could recommend soloyettogether to any girl that feel like travel with good company!

Donatella, who runs SYT, is a star! So kind and friendly, great at integrating the girls on the trip, and has a real passion for her country and the girls! Such a fun trip! There was something on the trip for everyone. The days were a mix of rest/sightseeing/shopping/scheduled events which was great as this fit for everyone. If you wanted to chill, you could. If you wanted to do sightseeing, you could. Donatela is amazing! She was always there to help with translation and nothing was ever too much for her. She is such a beautiful person! If you're considering doing this trip, don't hesitate, it'll be worth it!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I was so nervous to begin with but as soon as I met Donatela and all the other girls the trip was incredible and just kept getting better and better!
I recommend this to anyone that wants to meet like minded, kind and fascinating girls. It has been a wonderful adventure that I will never forget and aim to repeat. Some highlights for me would include truffle hunting with dogs, horse riding together and laughing about an old local man that attached himself to our group and showed us up to a wonderful viewing tower point. I don’t even have the words to describe my experience with Solo Yet Together. I’m originally from Croatia, but at some point I found myself in a situation where it became really difficult to find people to travel with - even when it came to exploring my own country. That’s where Donatela stepped in perfectly with her project.
Not only did I meet wonderful women from all over Europe, many of whom I’ve stayed in touch with, but I also discovered a side of Croatia I didn’t even know existed — in this case, Istria, as I joined the very first trip organized there.
Together, we truly immersed ourselves in the real, authentic Istria. We enjoyed local specialties, went truffle hunting, rode horses, savored fresh seafood, explored local wines and wineries, and simply surrendered to the sunshine and everything Croatia’s northern coast has to offer.
Solo Yet Together has my full recommendation and support. Donatela is organized, capable, and wonderfully easy-going, which made the whole trip feel completely carefree, and, above all, incredibly fun.

I had the best time ever exploring Istria with SYT! The atmosphere within the group was very welcoming and I had so much fun getting to know all of the girls and hearing their stories 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 Donatela did an excellent job planning everything, the accommodation, airport pick-up and drop-off, the itinerary. It was a great mixture of planned activities and free time — giving us enough time to explore all the different places we went to and to just go for a drink and chat. My highlight was definitely the truffle hunting and the amazing food we had afterwards.

Woohoo, my first 'solo yet together' trip is a wrap! And if it’s up to me, it definitely won’t be my last! Donatella has designed a wonderful travel formula that leads you to the most beautiful spots. It is incredibly fun to meet and get to know other women from all over Europe (and even the world). You truly depart solo, but you return home with a group of friends.

I went on the trip to Istria, and it truly is a stunning region where you’ll experience the absolute best activities. With the truffle hunting and wine tasting as the absolute highlights. Communication with Donatella is super smooth, and I highly recommend scheduling a call with her beforehand. The catamaran trip was one of the best weeks ever! I was looking at doing a solo trip as I’d wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone for a while and when the trip popped up on my instagram I thought “F it, book it” and it was the greatest decision!
Donatela is the most welcoming host with an abundance of knowledge and every day was full of laughter and love with the girls.
For anyone contemplating it, just dive right in, I’ve got unforgettable memories and friends from the trip and can’t wait to see all the girls again soon🫶🏻

Came in with 0 expectations and just wanted some last minute time away but I wasn’t quite ready for solo travelling! I didn’t expect to not only have the best time but also come away with friends for life. Donatela is relaxed but really helps others within the group feel comfortable, she goes with the flow of the group and it creates a lovely dynamic where everyone spent the entire trip laughing. Would recommend everyone to try a girls solo trip once!

I honestly didn’t expect that joining this girls trip would turn into something so meaningful in my life. I originally signed up just hoping to have a fun getaway, relax, and maybe meet a few nice people—but what I got was so much more than that.

From the very beginning, everything was so well organized and welcoming. There was never a moment where I felt left out or uncomfortable. It didn’t take long before all of us started bonding, laughing, and sharing our stories like we had known each other for years.

What really made this experience special was the friendships that came out of it. I met such an amazing group of girls, and I genuinely feel so lucky to have crossed paths with them. Even after the trip ended, we stayed in touch, continued supporting each other, and kept that connection alive.

The most unforgettable part? Some of the girls I met on this trip actually came to my wedding later on. That, to me, says everything. What started as a simple trip turned into lifelong friendships and such a beautiful, unexpected connection. It truly feels like a special kind of fate brought us together.

If you’re thinking about joining but feeling unsure—just go for it. You never know, it might turn into one of the most meaningful experiences of your life, just like it did for me 🤍
