These glasses are understated in the best way – clean lines, just the right thickness, and a nice feel in the hand. They make water feel fancy!

De reden waarom niet vermeld wordt waar de producten gemaakt worden, is omdat de website een simpele cover is voor een dropshipping operatie uit China. Wat nog erger is, is dat ze verder kosten drukken door geen (voldoende) stock bij te houden in Europa, om deze reden duurt het ook langer dan de aangegeven leveringstijd voor het product je bereikt. Het hele verhaaltje over een "amsterdams atelier" bestaat puur om de producten een schijn van kwaliteit te geven, en prijzen te verhogen. Ik ben trouwens vrij zeker dat de 1+1 actie waar al enkele dagen staat dat het "de laatste dag is" false advertising is, en puur dient om een gevoel van tijdsdruk te brengen zodat mensen geneigd zijn om te kopen voor ze echt nadenken. Je kan dubbellaagse stalen borden en kommen vinden op chinese retailsites (aliexpress) voor een lagere prijs. Waarschijnlijk van dezelfde producent.

Fast shipping, carefully packaged. Responsive and helpful customer service (I made an order mistake and they kindly took care of it).

Very happy with the products, although unfortunately I experienced pretty quickly a little crack in the glass due to dropping an ice cube. I contacted the customer support and they were really quick in responding and finding a solution which suited both. Also the product was firmly packed for transport, and delivered on time. Despite the crack, I’m really happy with the beautiful products and the great customer service!

Dropshipps Aliexpress ware for a unreal price. I can not recommend this shop.

I recently ordered a few items from SOOS Atelier. One being glass straws. Upon arrival, I noticed one of the straws in the packages was broken. I contacted support and send them photos of the situation. They reacted very quickly and helped me out by sending a new one. Customer service spokesperson was very friendly and helpful.

Found out the glasses I ordered are cheap €0,80 AliExpress glasses. So nothing wrong with it, just overpriced and cheap.

This was the best coffee set that I could buy. I've done my research and found many hype and niche brands that sell similar items, but in this set, event the logo looks beautiful. It has elevated my drinking coffee experience. I recommend to buy any set available.

I bought some plates and bowls. Unfortunately they didn’t match my expectations because they looked quite cheap to me plus some had stains and tiny damages. I asked for a refund and got my money back. The communication was good and very quick though the website said the return fee is free if the product is damaged but I had to pay the delivery fee.
