excited to see if there was a discount on some pieces I was eyeing up just to discover that they are “on sale” at the same price as before!! with the crossed out “real price” being 1.5x the amount it used to be to make it look like a good deal! what a shame, it would be better to just have no sale because now are the prices going to be more expensive afterwards?!

Ordered a set of mugs that was a buy one get one free, but I accidentally took off the free one when ordering. When the mug came on its own they were quick to help me and send out the free one. They were super quick and helpful when replying and the metal mugs look amazing!

I have given them plenty of time to rectify the issue before leaving a review but they are yet to do so. I received a partial order initially which once contacted they corrected within a week however, the products are cheap, drop shipped items with tiny scratches all over them (clearly not stainless steel). I then e-mailed to request a return as I was informed to do so by customer services, only to find out they are NL based company. Whilst I knew the return fee was at my cost, nowhere on the website did it mention the company was based overseas (I'm in the UK). I placed an international return with a courier but as I am not a company I am unable to cover tax once entering the NL. I assumed they knew and account for this because otherwise this is an intentionally deceptive way to prevent people from getting a refund. 10 days later the parcel has been returned back to my doorstep because they rejected my return. This company is a scam selling cheap product. Complete waste of money.

I’m reaching out again about Order #3555. I reported the issue months ago — the package arrived broken, I refused the delivery, and it was immediately returned. Since then, I haven’t received a replacement, refund, or any update.

Your last email was in May, and nothing has happened since. This is extremely disappointing.
Please refund the full amount immediately, as this has taken far too long.

Mooie producten, snelle levering

The Customer Service Team dealt with my order pricing query extremely quickly and efficiently. Even though it was my error a favourable resolution has been found. I feel I would be happy to buy from this sympathetic and ethical company again soon.

I bought several items , the coffee cup set and square glassware are amazing, but sorbet cups wasn’t as I expected ( they look nice , but too sharp edges and very thin metal) , also they had some quality issues . The customer service was very helpful and fast , they solved quickly the problem. What makes overall experience very pleasant , will by for sure again

As much as I love their products, order from somewhere else if you don't want to deal with delivery issues. I have ordered with them at least 3 times, and all 3 times the package has either gotten lost or been delivered to the wrong place. Customer service takes a while to sort out issues.

Please beware that the items are NOT good quality. I bought plates and bowls in April 25 with a delivery time of 2-2,5 weeks. When they arrived some packages were not in best shape. Some items had scratches and some packages were already broken. The items are super light and they seem very cheap. I tried to return them and even though they say on their website it’s free when the items are damaged I had to pay for the return. I got my money back in the end. Check their website and try to find the company behind of all of this. You won’t find anything about it and not even a company name or any person. Please beware before buying.

I recently ordered glasses and straws from Soos Atelier, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The quality is amazing, and the design is both stylish and practical. They add such a nice touch to my table setting, and I get compliments on them all the time. Highly recommend Soos Atelier if you’re looking for unique, beautiful pieces!

Warning to everyone who thought their gorgeous Instagram products were as they seem: this is cheap Chinese made stainless steel that will immediately get scratched and stained even if you clean it properly with stainless steel cleaner, the stains just come right back. Packaging was poor and glasses immediately chip if you’re putting ice in them, not even roughly! It’s shocking they are trying to sell these products as if they are truly a high grade of stainless steel…they are not, and you will be extremely disappointed for shelling out 120$ for utensils and plates. I can’t believe these other reviews, they are obvious shills. I’m going to take this to reddit bc people should know how horrific these products are!! It’s absolutely astonishing.

We have been trying to return part of our order for almost one and a half months now, and have not received a reaction to our request yet.

This is insanely bad customer service. So, I would warn others to be aware that probably you won't be able to return when you buy.

Advies: zoek op Temu, Shein, Aliexpress en je vindt hetzelfde voor minder. Wees geen dief van je eigen portemonnee! Toen ik te zien kreeg dat het met YunExpress kwam, wist ik genoeg.

Enige tijd geleden meerdere producten gekocht en nog steeds spijt van deze aankopen. Glazen waren glad, kopjes met onderliggende bordjes ook, waardoor alles schuift. Alles behalve functioneel. Kommen veel te klein, borden hebben een soort dubbele 'bodem' die je in kunt drukken en geluid maken als je erop drukt, waardoor het logischerwijs verschrikkelijk eet.

Desalniettemin, complimenten voor de snelle jongens voor het bouwen van een prachtige website en het gebruik van social media agencies in het creëren van ads. Ik had niet gedacht dat ik ooit geld zou overmaken naar snelle jongens op een zolderkamer dus chapeau!

Dit ‘atelier’ is niets meer dan een dropshipbedrijf dat vooral investeert in influencer marketing en een mooie esthetiek. Ik plaatste een bestelling en kreeg geen track & trace. Pas dagen later ontving ik een melding van YUN-express uit China, met een pakket zonder afzendergegevens. Dat zegt al genoeg.

Na wat onderzoek vond ik exact dezelfde producten op SHEIN, voor een derde van de prijs én gratis verzending. Ondertussen betaalde ik voor twee bestellingen ruim €130 (waarvan €24 verzendkosten!) voor spullen die drie tientjes kosten.

Wat ik misleidend vind is dat ze zich profileren zich als ‘atelier’, terwijl er niets ontworpen of geproduceerd wordt door henzelf. Het is marketing voor goedkope massaproductie uit China.

Wat ik het ergste vind is dat ik bewust probeer de kopen bij en kleine ontwerpers en lokale ondernemers en dat ik ver weg wil blijven van massaproductie vanuit China. Hoewel het voor mij belangrijk is dat de producten die ik gebruik niet in elkaar zijn gezet door goedkope (minderjarige) arbeidskrachten in China die werken onder discutabele arbeidsomstandigheden geeft dit dropshipbedrijf daar niets om en maken zij jou onderdeel van deze keten.

Kortom: absolute misleiding. Koop hier niet.

This is a Chinese dropshipper and scammer. Just as previous reviews say, they sell chip low quality stuff with a narrative of a "premium" product and extremely overpriced. There's nowhere any mention of Dutch entity on their website because it doesn't exist. No KvK number (which any tiniest dutch business has) or dutch business address. They don't mention where the products are made. I wish I was more attentive before I gave them my money, but that's the whole idea of this "business" - to scam you.
Now, the "limited time deal" that expires today is always on their website. Delivery takes 3.5 weeks and not 3-6 business days. The carrier is Cirrotrack (have you ever heard of it? exactly) which upon research delivers from Temu and Shein. They provide you a tracking link that is broken and stays broken until it's magically delivered one random day 3,5 weeks after you paid.
The order has arrived (a 20-piece set). It doesn't even come in a box but in a bag, and the individual boxes are smashed inside. I have unpacked only half, and all of it was somehow defected, either black spots on the metal or dents and scratches. You can immediately see that the quality is poor and it's cheap products from Temu. The "customer service" is fast to reply at first, because they don't want you to cancel the order, but falls silent the moment you want to return it they fall silent and just stops replying.

Absolute scam! Please don't buy from them! Avoid at any cost. I really regret even stepping into this trap, but I hope my mistake will prevent others from doing the same.
