I would give less than 1 star if possible. I waited MONTHS for my order, my charge card was charged for the entire purchase months before my items being sent out, I had to email MANY times to ask what was happening and was told they were always out of stock. Their advertisements have a space for customers to comment but it does not allow comments! Also, their advertisements have a "reply" to comment on the supposed reviews they show but customers can't reply there either! FRAUD....SCAM. I would never order from this company again.

BEWARE

BEWARE. I had ordered once before and received my order in a timely manner. No problems and product was wonderful and fit great on my sofa. Now a year later, I’m trying to order again. It has been over a month since I ordered and still nothing every time I send an email requesting a tracking number I get the same rote message. Over and over again they have told me that they are checking with the warehouse and they will get back with me shortly. Never hear a problem them again today. I canceled my order and asked for a refund on my credit card. I will have to see if this takes place. I would not order from them again. There are other companies that have products that are actually better than theirs and appear to get very good reviews.

horrible product extremely bad return no credit

don't order anything from this website. their couch covers are very thin and cheap! as I called customer service to return them they offered 1/2 my money back if I just kept them. I said not paid out of my pocket to send them back and have been waiting 4 month for a credit. scam website. buyer beware.

Soothing homes is a joke

Soothing homes is a joke. I placed an order a month ago and as of today they cannot locate my order or shipped my order.
I’ve asked for a refund and no response. I’m beginning to believe this company is a scam!
I would NOt recommend this company - beware if you make a purchase - you may not receive it.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND.

Like so many reviews I see below - I never received my product. I ordered on 12/12/2025. On 12/13/2025 I received a confirmation email that my order was on its way and should be there in 3-5 days.

It never came.

I've been back and forth with customer service since then. They kept telling me they had "confirmation that it's back in stock at the warehouse" and I'd receive a shipping confirmation "within 5 days". It's been months. On Feb. 15, they said they could process a full refund but that my order "was scheduled to ship in the next few days." I advised I would be willing to wait but only if I could receive confirmation that my order has shipped. Of course, I never did. On March 17, I asked for a full refund. Their response was to tell me that they had "just received confirmation that the stocks have arrived at our warehouse" and my order would ship soon..same as all of the empty promises before, and not what I asked for. I have reiterated my demand for a refund, but judging by the other reviews I'm seeing now, I'm not hopeful.

No product after 5 months. No refund. Don't take the risk. I'm out over $200 and now I'm probably going to have to fight to get that back.

Horrible customer service for a poora quality product.

I’ve had a Horrible customer service experience for a poor quality product. I would give Zero stars if I could. I’ve been trying to return my purchase for over 2 months now and I've been given the run around the entire time, and have just been ghosted for the second time. I DO NOT recommend these couch covers, they are thin, of poor quality and definitely not water resistant. I recommend avoiding this company all together.

Less than 1 star if I could. They made duplicate charges to my bank card and I never received the merchandise. Multiple emails seeking assistance resulted in empty promises, no tracking number, no reimbursement or product

Very polite but NO action!

I ordered sofa covers in the beginning of December hoping to have them by Christmas. They never came, no communication. I messaged them and they replied very politely but still no package. I messaged again, received a very polite apologetic reply, but again nothing. Six times they insisted they'll escalate, but never hear anything back. 4 months later and I'm still trying to get my money back.

4 months after order not received & not refunded

I ordered a pet mat four my couch on November 20, 2025. I have been in contact with their customer service since January 2026. They have never shipped my order & have responded to my requests for refunds saying they appreciate my patience & will prioritize shipping my product. It is now March 20th with no shipping details & no refund that was requested a month ago. I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never order from this company again. I had received a previous order that took about a month which is the only reason I ordered from them again. Terrible company to do business with.

Ordered 12/15/25. Still no product or refund. Multiple exchanges via email saying they are so sorry for my experience and understand my frustration and they are working on my refund. Still no refund received. Shady business practices and liars. Buyer beware.

I have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE with this company than I’ve ever gone through before!! Not only did I not receive my 300+ dollar order after MONTHS of waiting, I’ve NOW been given the run around for OVER 2 months trying to get my full refund!!! I get apology form letters constantly saying she will get with the billing team blah blah blah and STILL NOTHING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Trust and believe they are more of a headache and a scam than they are worth!! NO REPUTABLE COMPANY MAKES YOU WAIT THIS LONG WITH NO PRODUCT OR NO MONEY RETURNED!!

I placed an order 11/7/2025. It is 3/8/2026. I have requested updates monthly. I asked about changing colors. I asked where the product was. Not yet made, on a boat, in the factory. I finally asked for a refund 2/16/2026. The replies were always polite but provided no real information. They keep asking for patience but without providing any details. Today I requested a refund from my payment source. I got charged immediately. I was again asked for patience with the refund. My patience ran out.

Do not recommend

Let’s get one thing straight. I rarely write bad reviews. I am polite and kind even when I get poor service. I understand things happen and realize I am not the only person on this earth.
With that being said, I ordered close to $400 worth of covers in November. It is now almost middle of MARCH and all I have gotten are excuses and apologies for why my items have not been shipped.
There is no one you can speak to and all communication is done all my email. I now have been waiting for a full refund for almost 2 weeks.

I DO NOT recommend this company. I can express how disappointed I am because I was really hoping to protect my then, new couch.

Terrible shipping SLOW!

2nd time ordering and 2nd time getting no communication on the fact that my order is on back order. Paid extra this time to get my shipment FAST. Yet….. nothing. Crazy how they can’t get it together! Maybe get things in stock before you sell them. Last time I cancelled after 2 months of waiting. Was hoping this time would be different, but apparently this is a common practice . Great product terrible customer service and SNAIL shipping.

Worse Experience Ever.
My first order of sofa covers arrived without issue, so I trusted the company enough to order different sizes in November. That was a mistake. The second order never arrived.
When I asked to cancel and get a refund, I was met with nothing but copy‑and‑paste emails saying they were “so sorry” and would “check on the status.” Weeks later, I’m still getting the same scripted replies and still no refund.
I’ve since purchased covers from another company and couldn’t be happier. I will never buy from Soothing Home again. I’m still waiting for the refund they keep promising to “look into.”

Soothing Home is a joke.

Soothing Home couch covers are great. However, whoever is running the office is extremely ill equipped. They responded to only one of my emails but then lied to me. They said my order was on the way. That was 2 weeks ago. I placed my order in early November because I had company coming for the holidays. I still haven’t received my order. They don’t answer the phone. I will absolutely NEVER do business with Soothing Home again. Soothing? It’s more like FRUSTRATING! 👎
