I placed my order on May 16,2025 and have still not received it as of July 25,2025. Paid $150.91.

In April I ordered 4 Tan sofa back covers ( 3 month ago! Some where in my order process it changed to 3 dark grey sofa back covers? Mind you I PAID FOR 4 TAN BACK COVERS . Now I have to send them back to
CHINA? So I’m out $ 67 and change! I’m extremely pissed off! This is Bullshit!

I have 3 small dogs who love to be wherever I am so these covers make it so easy to have them on the couch without worrying the they will ruin it. The covers are almost the same color as the couch itself so they look nice.

Sectional covers. My experience was OK. I ordered it on 5/16/2025. I received them on 6/24/2025. The delay was due to processing so many orders. I love my covers!! Liquid runs off and does not settle and stain. I love that they are machine washable. I plan to purchase a different color for fall and winter.

They have stayed in place while be used for seating. They are just a little large for my seating but a major improvement of just tucking a throw over them which came undone daily.

Just received my 4th set of Soothing Home sofa covers. This time for my family farm living room sectional. As we don't live here all the time, I had put it off, although my covers at my primary residence are a godsend - both for my living room furniture and my outdoor furniture. With 2 Chesapeake Bay retrievers and 4 cats, these areas get a lot of hard use. The animals always travel with us to the farm, so it made sense to bite the bullet and get them for the sectional. I had hesitated because the unit has 2 chaises at either end of the sofa, and they are not the same size or configuration. However, the stretch in the fabric made for a perfect fit for both! Whatever we throw at these covers - red wine, cat vomit, wet dogs coming in from swimming at the beach - they protect expensive furniture, washing and drying perfectly every time! Even our outdoor furniture covers do the job - just remember to order a light color because in all-day, full southern sun exposure, dark colors will fade. I bought light gray for the deck and they have faded to an even lovelier, lighter gray which I adore. And customer service? Unmatched.

I am very happy with the sofa covers. They are exactly what I was looking for.

The couch covers fit great except the chaise cover but I knew that when I ordered. Ours is a little shorter than what they make. We have someone that can alter it. Would definitely order again!!! Love to see our pups on it and it stays clean . Also they wash up nice!

Excellent product

At first my dog and cat were hesitant to get on the sofa with new covers. Now they love it. I love the look and feel of covers. My only criticism is the long wait for delivery and no updates. Wish now had ordered another set in different color.

I like the product very much, but... the delivery time was absurdly long (45 days from placing the order and being charged) until the package arrived. There were no updates and no information as to the whereabouts of my order. When I was finally contacted by customer service, the agent was polite and apologetic, and promised to expedite my order. (And apparently did not). However, it took numerous emails to the company to finally get that agent to contact me. While I definitely recommend the furniture covers, I am very unhappy with the lack of communication or updates, and with the exceptionally long delivery time despite being charged immediately. Be aware!

The ordering process was easy, the arrival was fast and the product is amazing. For pet parents these covers are a life saver.

Beautiful soft cushion covers and I love the color. Our dog sleeps comfortably and I’m no longer stressed that she’ll ruin the sofa.

My order was delayed recently for a bit in shipping and customs and I began to doubt I would ever receive my covers. I emailed several times and always received a prompt reply. I have now received my covers and I am so pleased with them! They are very comfortable and look so good! I can say they are a legitimate company and I believe they want to serve their customers the best way they can.

Love how they fit, so easy to take off to wash.
