They’re using multiple company names for the same product.

Scam scam scam. Rubbish comes from China. Not worth $5.00. When you say you want a refund they tell you that you have to send it back to China!! Don't be fooled by the cute pictures of the sewers.

Wish I’d checked Trust Pilot first. The cheap bag received is NOT what was advertised and I want my $59 pension money back. I will see how I do this. Grrrrrr

The bag I received was nothing like those on the website. Supposed to be quilted and handmade, website shows 2 ladies hand making the bags but are actually made in Asia. Bag received was flimsy, not quilted and would not pay $10 for. Lesson learnt!

This "Australian" business obtains its cheap goods from China. Unable to get an order correct. They are not made as indicated on website. Website indicates a shop front in Ballarat in Victoria but there is no such shop.
They flood you with emails but do not actually answer a query effectively. Requesting a refund even before your item is shipped is refused.

Do not order anything from this company. You do not get what is advertised and it is totally overpriced. $50 for a fabric tote bag that is meant to be quilted but isn’t is outrageous. It is worth no more than $5. This is a dodgy, dishonest, immoral company.

You pay the money, lots of emails, NO bag, then you read these reviews and realise you've been scammed.

So: every order placed today goes into a draw, and five of them will be refunded in full. Whoever they belong to keeps the bag and pays nothing. The money goes straight back on the card you paid with.

Nothing to enter. No form, no code. Just today's orders. Tomorrow morning we draw five at random and refund them the same day, and if yours is one of them I'll email you myself.

Sophie and I would rather these go out to women who'll actually carry them than sit in boxes when we're done. That's the whole reason. There's no catch to find.

And it's one day only — so there won't be a great many in the hat.

The items I have received are not as advertised on the website. I thought i was purchasing hand made quilted bags what I received are machine made low quality printed bags. I would not recommend,

Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. I love the cat bag I bought from them. Go look for them, You won't be sorry

This bag is a cheap nasty product, I ordered the ginger cat tote , there description of this bag was embroidered , god almighty ! It was a printed bag with a cheap plastic liner . $59.95 ! I reckon it’s a $5 bag at best . I should have read the reviews before I placed the order . Also there advert said it was a shop out of Ballarat Victoria that was closing , from China for sure .

Do not purchase! Totally false advertising of embroidered bags when in fact the bags are made of just cheap printed material. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I very much doubt that I would ever receive a refund from this type of business.

Definitely imported from China and not hand made or quilted. Products do not match website photos and do not match the prices they are asking. Stay away.

Avery sophisticated network of fake facebook profiles and addresses.All sounds very charming when emails are received but underneath stolen photos of other people and products.Even though very convincing there were some major flaws in wording on Web pages The address given doesn't exist,very clever with paid email address and payment made to a non bank platform The reviews are fake with a stooge posing as a happy customer. There are at least 4 shops with the same photos and different names all selling the same bags.

After placing an order on their closing down sale, we believe after further research that this may be a scam website. The website shows photos of a shopfront in Ballarat but there is no shop, it is online only. The reviews appear to be questionable. We have cancelled our credit card as a precaution (and a new one will be issued). Be cautious.
