Ordered some Boston Birkenstocks
They arrived after about 4 weeks, clearly fake goods!!! Can't contact Soreana by phone, post, email or otherwise. Have contacted my bank who have refunded me initially... but Soreana have disputed this! So I will wait... and hopefully get to keep my £70. Do not order from this company.

Slightly different story to other reviews. Ordered Birkenstocks, which duly arrive, however sizing slightly off from other Birkenstocks i have purchased, subsequently ordered the next size and attempted to return the pair that i had received. Was informed not to return nothing until my new order had been received, these have not arrived and it has been over 2 months

Do not trust this site they are fake UGGS & you don’t receive your refund back when requested, support have stopped emailing me , so I’m now out of pocket by £90

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Purchased Birkenstocks, received confirmation and tracking information and then their website disappeared and tracking details weren’t valid and no reply from support email.

Absolute cowboys is too kind! Avoid at all costs! Have robbed me of £70, delivered nothing and have now closed their website down as you will see by clicking the link top right.

Bought through the Shop App who are doing nothing to help.

They sent wrong colour/not Real Birkenstok. I asked for a refund and Soreana asked me to return to an address in China (I did not do that)

My credit card company performed a charge back and I got my money back.

Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks which when they arrived were clearly fake. The company refused to accept that there is a problem with them and will only refund if I pay return shipping costs which are more than the shoes are worth. The company are not based in the UK

I would give this company negative stars if possible. Pictures show Birkenstocks. Fake counterfeit goods shipped from china. Only option is to return to CHINA despite being registered as a UK company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

For goodness sake avoid ordering anything from this company. For a start, they are not based in the UK despite saying so on their website. The goods come from China and are not genuine items (eg Birkenstock). I ordered a pair of Birkenstock clogs in Taupe, was shocked to see that they were coming from China. When they arrived they were the wrong colour. Their returns info says if the incorrect goods are received they pay the return postage but this is false. They are insisting I pay the return postage to China. Despite many emails to them, the response is always the same, you can return them at your own cost. I have now sent them about 15 emails and have had the same response from them saying this.

Ordered from them realised these are counterfeit and not genuine asked for refund and now no emails are going through all bouncing back. No goods no refund. Stay away from this shop!!!

After ordering some Birkenstock clogs from this business realised they were coming from china, I started to panic that they were a bogus company so I headed over to this site and read the comments and panicked even more, however when they were delivered yesterday I have to say i was pleasantly surprised, they was really nice just what I ordered they came in a box, was the exact colour I ordered and real good quality They did take around 15 days to arrive but I’d definitely order again from this site.

Fake items, not UK based. Impossible to contact via email, bouncing back. Cannot be contacted by phone either. Also laughable, items delivered in bubble wrap and supposed to be real 🤦 avoid! (Also no comments back from the merchant on here says it all)

Ordered Ugg slippers. They are not authentic Uggs. Wrong colour delivered. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive as it came from china despite being a UK website. Waste of money! Beware when purchasing of this website!!!

Selling fake Ugg’s, I believed that it was a Uk company, but noticed after I ordered that they were coming from China! The arrived without a box, and are definitely fakes, that smell strange and are not like the true picture.
Thought price was too good to be true!
I will definitely check trustpilot next time!

I order as advertised real Birkenstocks I ordered Birkenstocks from this company that are cheap Chinese copies I wished to return but thy say as they were not faulty and as there is no faulty goods I must pay the return postage which I am not prepared to do as that is half the cost of the amount I paid which amounts to about £32/35 pounds which is absolutely disgusting customer service considering they are in the wrong for selling counterfeit goods that are illegal in the first place which I a very big problem that needs to be

This is a lesson to always check companies with Trustpilot before you buy. Having bought Birks in good faith from Soreana, they arrived from China and are fake. I'm now returning, but don't expect the process to be straightforward, and have a feeling I'll need to involve my bank.

I would rate it '0' if that were an option. Totally different colour Birkenstocks arrived, I than asked to return, and as per other experiences shared here, was told to return to China at my own cost or receive a partial refund. This website is a total scam. Do NOT buy from here.
