Misleading if not fake Website and Poor Customer Experience
I ordered from this company believing it was UK-based, as clearly stated on their website. However, after receiving the item, I was informed that any returns must be sent to China, which was never disclosed during the purchase process. This lack of transparency is deeply misleading.
The product itself did not match the advertised images or description, and when I raised concerns, I was offered only a partial refund or the option to return the item at my own expense—internationally. The entire process was frustrating, slow, and felt deliberately obstructive.
I’ve accepted the partial refund, which I’m not at all sure that I’ll ever get back but I will not be ordering again. I strongly advise others to read the fine print and be cautious. A company that misrepresents its location and return policies erodes trust, and unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and dissatisfied.
PLEASE AVOID!

I fell for it. This website should be banned. Charging roughly £68 a pair.
The company appears to be based in the uk. They are counterfeit products from china. They will offer you to return the shoes TO CHINA despite a uk address on their web page and will on offer full refund on receipt with postage covered by yourself.
Currently in dispute but doubt I’ll see any money back.
They are not leather. Some poor fabric. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is advertising Birkenstock…
This company is advertising Birkenstock clogs, at almost half the usual price. with a TrustPilot rating of 4.8/5 on their site. However, if you click on the TrustPilot logo on their site, it is not live, and does not link to TrustPilot. So, to check, I went to the TrustPilot site, and typed Soreana.co.uk into the TrustPilot search bar. Nothing. It seems there are no genuine reviews. In fact, the company sells table lamps. So, I am left wondering if they have made up the reviews and ratings.
