I did a reverse mortgage through SOS Loans and honestly the whole process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I spoke with Frank and he was really helpful from the start. He took the time to explain how everything worked, what the numbers meant, and what my options were without making it feel rushed or confusing.

Anytime I had a question he’d get back to me pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The process itself moved fast too — appraisal, paperwork, closing — all handled way more smoothly than I expected.

Overall just a really solid experience. If you’re looking into a reverse mortgage and want someone who actually explains things well, I’d recommend reaching out and asking for Frank.

I asked for a 50,000$ Loan and I got approved within only a couple of hours. I've used them a couple of times now and I have always had a great experience.

I was approached by a lender in October 2023 asking about do I need a loan. I said I did and I need $5000. I asked the normal questions interest rate. Length of loan. I even asked what the fee was for this Loan.
I was told the fee would be $50. First red flag she said they only accepted Bitcoin. I sent her $50 Bitcoin which cost me about $65 because it had to be $50 complete 2nd red flag.
This is May 2024 I have paid this company thousands in fees and have not received a Loan.
The amount was increased to $15000. She said she was helping me. But it was because I had already paid SOS Loans more than the $5000 I asked for. After each payment that they will swear and promise is the last payment. Is never the last payment they currently want a $80 monetary charge fee from me I refuse to pay. And they won't refund you without a refund fee you see the trend
