One of the products came broken. I bought two sets of make up brushes and one came not attached to stick was a bit disappointed as the quality was not up to the standard , I use alot of so sue products but make up brushes let me down

Sadly the product I got was the new express serum and it was supposed to develop in 3 hours, wash off, and keep developing but it all just washed off. I had to go on holiday as Casper which was disappointing but other than that, I never have any problems with so sue

I've been using the faux nails for 2 years, I have a phobia of nail tools and cannot get gel or acrylic but I love to have nice nails. Nobody believes me when they complement my nails that they are So Su, stick ons.
I've only to this day had 1 bad pack and that was the neon tipped ones. The colour just didn't stay on.
But it would never sway me, the product is a game changer.

Haven't received it yet, ordered 2 weeks ago, emailed customer service but no reply.

My items were thrown over fence by delivery driver and bottle of tan broke and spilt all over products so no tan left. I emailed the customer service team two days ago with photos of damaged goods and have had no response. Very disappointed in customer service care for products I paid for that were destroyed.
