I ordered item about month ago and I still didn’t get it and I emailed them a lot of times they never replied, they are very bad at customer service and they don’t respect they customers all they do is take your money and ignore you. I will not recommended to anyone to buy it please don’t waste your time and money with this website it’s not trustworthy.😡

Ik had 2 paar handschoenen besteld bij sotra was snelle levering allahuma baarik. Alleen vind ik het heel jammer dat na 1 x dragen van de handschoenen het touch gedeelte van de duim en wijsvinger loslaten en dit gebeurde bij beide handschoenen. Vind ik toch jammer voor die prijs verwacht je wel wat meer gair in sha Allaah

Vind het nog steeds van top kwaliteit leuke kleuren ❤️

Ma schaa Allah, ich hab mich direkt verliebt. Das Kleid sowohl der Khimar welches ich bestellt habe, beides ist perfekt. Die Qualität ist super und es schaut so toll aus, man fühlt sich wie eine Königin. Ich werde auf jeden Fall mehr von dieser Seite bestellen!

Werd pas op dinsdag verstuurd terwijl werd aangegeven per e-mail dat het vrijdag verstuurd werd, terwijl het op de maandag al besteld was. Nog extra gemaild maar is niet op ingegaan. Ik had ook aangegeven dat ik het écht nodig had. Ik zal ieder geval nooit meer bestellen hier. Je zou zo een service niet verwachten bij zo een bedrijf helaas..

Ben supertevreden over de kwaliteit van de abayaa en khimaar ! Zal in shaa Allah nog zeker vaker bestellen bij Sotra.co
