Great service and excellent delivery

My old Lenovo P14s Gen 2 died recently, and had to get an urgent replacement as I needed it for an ongoing project.

The staff were able to arrange delivery within 1 working day, prices were much cheaper than official Lenovo site and other e-comm sites like Lazada, Shopee. Could add in a 32GB Ram for the same price as the base model

The miscommunication in collection mode made by the staff. Company refused to honour the agreed mode of collection.

Expedited Delivery right before CNY. I bought the high end PC on the day before CNY and I was worried that it'll arrive only after. I messaged the team on whatsapp and they pulled all stops and made sure I get the delivery before CNY.

Good to have a tracking system that show progress as delivery was late for a day and delivery cost is $25 .

I placed an order for Kofax pdf software on 31st December 2025 and have no received the e licence for the product until today.

I have emailed sourceit on 5 January 2026 to inquire about the status of the product and I was told that the order is processed and that EDS renewals will give me the e licence soon.

Afterwards, there were no updates on whether I received anything or not and I received this feedback form on my email.

This shows that the after sales service is lacking. And the company fails to update anything to the customer. It seems like I need to take the initiative to ask questions about the status of a product that I purchased when I believe it is supposedly the company updates me on it. A lot of improvement needed.

Smooth purchase experience

A bit disappointing. I had clearly highlighted that the item was urgent, but there was no response. The lead time given was 2–3 days, yet it still went past the promised timeline. I also mentioned that I didn’t mind paying an urgent processing fee to speed things up, but there was no reply via email or WhatsApp. Overall, the communication and follow-up could be much better.
