Having met with other a few other funeral directors, Southall Funeral Services were vastly more professional, organised and helpful than the others.

At a very difficult time after my father has passed, they were brilliant (our main point of contact was Ben, who was excellent). The day of the funeral was conducted with real dignity and respect.

From the moment we walked in Southall Funeral Service we just knew our Mum would be in good hands.

Ben explained everything in detail and with such compassion.

Our faith is Sikh and Southall Funeral Service carried all Sikh traditions when we came to see our Mum.

We cremated my father today and I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Southall Funeral Services. From our first meeting with Ben, we were given reassurance, respect and a sense that we were dealing with true professionals.

The dignity with which the hearse took dad from the Gurdwara via mum and dad’s house to the crematorium was something very special indeed.

Their communications are crystal clear and every last issue is explained clearly. The coordination across the team is seamless.

The staff here were exceptional and helped us at every stage before, during and after the funeral. It was a very difficult time and we cant thank them enough for their assistance and help.

What an amazing support you were to my self and my brother when our father passed away .
