I am the store manager of the local convenience store and have been there almost 2 years now. In this time I have built a great relationship with all the staff at Greenwillows Funeral home inparticular Tom and Alison who I have grown a friendship with and work alongside to provide food for the Cardiff food bank. Tom and Alison along with all other members of staff come to the store on a daily basis and show nothing but respect for myself and my team and likewise we do the same to them.
Not only this I am aware that Tom directed a funeral of the father of one of my dearest friends and she also had nothing but praise for Tom and his team.
I look forward to continuing to work alongside Greenwillows in helping the community and support any charity events that they might run.

Shocking behaviour to see a member of their staff vaping in their company vehicle.
I heard her name but unprofessional to mention on here, all I will say was that she appeared to be in her twenties or early thirties, bigger build and blonde hair.

Green Willows were absolutely superb, at all times made you feel comfortable. At every step Alison showed compassion and sympathy and took care of everything.

Met up with ben dinas powys branch, who we had full contact with throughout dad's funeral arrangements, he was very attentive to details, very interested in any stories we told and generally had all the time in the world to listen and help us through a very sad and difficult time.
