I ordered a purse. It took a while to arrive, but when it arrived, it was much smaller than what was pictured on the website so I asked for a return. They tried to offer me partial credit and keep it. I told them I wanted to return it and just get a refund and they told me I had to ship it back to them (which is fine because they have a US address). And then I found out, it’s not a US based company, and I would have to pay about the same amount as the purse in the postage. I fought the claim with PayPal and was reimbursed through PayPal

Jeg har ikke modtaget mit produkt efter 1,5 mdr. jeg har skrevet og de siger jeg skal kontakte DAO da det er sendt ud at jeg kan afhente, men trackingnummeret 4PX3002890484349CN findes ikke i deres system.
