Don’t buy from Sown Again. Terrible experience with this brand. I bought three shirts, all large, they were incredibly small. When I went to return them, they said they do not take returns for sizing reasons lol. Can you imagine an online retailer not taking returns for items that don’t fit? There are lots of great T-shirt retailers out there - this is not one of them.
Their customer service is awful. A simple exchange is so complicated and not easily resolved. They have zero concern about repeat business. Sizes run small, but appear to be of decent quality. First and last order for me.
I’m going to give one star! I just purchased a bundle of seven T-shirts extra large when I receive the shirt they are incredibly small more like a small… at best a medium. Now I’m trying to email customer service and surprisingly they can’t find any record of my order. I don’t want my money back. I simply want to exchange. But of course horrible customer service and horribly wrong sized products. Would not recommend at all to anyone.
This is probably a typical money hungry shopify dropshipping store. Ordered 3 basic tees about a month ago, no updates on delivery whatsoever. From the other reviews I’m starting to believe I won’t even receive them. Find a more reliable clothing webshop.
I order 2 shirts and paid over $100 with shipping. They were the wrong size. I returned them within 3 days of receiving to exchange for larger size. I paid the return shipping. Now after 6 weeks they haven't sent the new tees and say they won't because it is outside the 30 day return windows. Total scammers!
Customer service had me send items back for exchange in size and ghosted me.
Do not buy it's a scam. If you submit an exchange they will keep the products you sent back and then ghost you.
I ordered from the EU and have been waiting for 3 months for my order, do not order from this website. Their customer service team respond quickly but no actual progress gets made.
