Excellent service from the company. Only worn the trousers once and they are well made and comfortable. There is a quality feel to the material and the trousers have a lining. Excellent product so far unfortunately even though worn once not had the opportunity to try the waterproof properties as it did not rain.

I have gloves, boots , jacket and trousers. I'm an old git so like to stay warm and dry, this product provides. Occasionally if caught in a thunderstorm I have had slight seepage in my gentleman parts but riding a boober style bike , feet forward you tend to get a dish effect in the nether region where water pools but I always carry rubberised leggings for such events now and far more expensive clothing suffers this problem as well. All in all very good products at a very good price.

Quick delivery. Now had trousers for two weeks and as comfy/dry as more expensive fox or endura will definitely be back for more.

Purchased Spada MTB waterproof trousers. After one ride the trousers lost colour on the bottom area. Sent two emails to Spada customer service department.....no reply whatsoever. Would not recommend or use ever again

Not arrived, Royal Mail keep sending sorry notices with no explanation.

Ordered my product just before a black Friday deal began so ended up paying full price. I contacted Customer Services who refunded the difference with no argument. Good service speedy delivery and a great product.

I didn’t know spada were in the MTB market, I own a spada motorbike jacket and also enjoy MTBing so was intrigued by their range of MTB clothing. The MTB jacket arrived promptly and is a superb fit, very comfortable and stylish. I love the sleeve cuffs which keep the wind out of the gap between the sleeves and your gloves.

Delivery was fast, which was good. The jacket didn't fit very well, so I decided to cancel the order and return the item for a refund. In the UK we're entitled to cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund, under distance selling regulations. I asked customer services if I would get a full refund and they confirmed.

When refund came through it wasn't a full refund and they had taken a fee, contrary to UK regulations, contrary to their customer service department and contrary to their own return policy on their website (which states they will provide a full refund). I had to contact customer services again to ask them to refund the rest. Poor experience.
