Delivery was fast, which was good. The jacket didn't fit very well, so I decided to cancel the order and return the item for a refund. In the UK we're entitled to cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund, under distance selling regulations. I asked customer services if I would get a full refund and they confirmed.

When refund came through it wasn't a full refund and they had taken a fee, contrary to UK regulations, contrary to their customer service department and contrary to their own return policy on their website (which states they will provide a full refund). I had to contact customer services again to ask them to refund the rest. Poor experience.

The delivery was incredibly fast next day. The commute jacket I've bought is really good, comfy and warm. Not tested in any rain yet but it is only being used for a 15 minute commute so not that bothered really.

Bought these pants last week. First impressions were great. Great fit seemed to be really well made. First ride out wearing them I took an innocuous tumble and the pants ripped instantly. They're just not abrasive resistant enough for MTB use, which is a shame as on first impressions I was going to buy a second pair.

Bought the waterproof MTB pants as my old one's had ripped. Went to gisburn forest to give them a try, absolutely great quality, kept my legs nice and dry. Great product at a great price.

Although the 1st order delivered wasn't what we ordered it was dealt with quickly and our original order was sent and the quality was excellent and sizes are really accurate.

Service was great as was the price and quality.

Bought the waterproof mtb pants & they are indeed waterproof! Well sized (bottom of the pants are a bit tight to get on & off but to help keep water out & stop them getting caught in chains etc). Got them in a sale & they are a bargain. So good I'm getting a second pair.

Bought a pair of spada waterproof trousers, tried to sign up for the extended warranty, but the link would not allow me to register, although they seem very well made, the right hand side leg of the trouser leaks just above the knee,which is a shame as they seem very well made, apart from this leak.

Great quality mountain bike jerseys at bargain prices. Can’t fault Spada for service and delivery.

Good well priced MTB gear

Bought a couple of items of luggage (tail bag, back pack). The items seem o.k. yet I couldn't get the Spada website to accept the registration for the promised extended warranty. [It had worked previously for items of clothing.] Spada customer support were totally unhelpful so I didn't get the extended warranty.

Product great but no response to warranty question asked on the website

My experience with Spada Clothing website customer service response was off-putting, unfortunately. Tried to order Nodachi pants for US delivery, but no option on the website to select other shipping regions than UK, preventing the oder from being placed. Wrote Spada Aug 17, asked for help. Frustratingly, they only ask for my shipping address, which I supplied on thier Aug 28 reply. I replied immediately, but never hard back since. Lost patience and was relegated to ordering the pants from 3rd party stockist. The pants are stellar- too bad Spada's customer service can't be bothered...
