I am so glad I found this shop. The fact that you can customise the gift along with fab customer service just makes it a shop to come back to. The lady made sure that the etchings were what i wanted from the start. Royal mail wasn't good, but the parcel was tracked and the shop kept a close eye on it, while emailing me. It was totally worth the wait. The quality was excellent, the packaging perfect and the price affordable, I'm a very happy bunny. Cheers again.
