From placing the order everything went smoothly.
My only slight concern was over the delivery. It was just left at front when there was an open porch to place it out of sight. The driver didn't ring the bell either.

Absolute brilliant service

The company and product was fine it was the delivery service they used DPD which had very restrictive days to deliver on. Not great for anyone working full time. No options to change delivery to the weekend and not able to select leave with a neighbour. It was enough for me to get frustrated and nearly cancel my order. I had to get someone to be around at my house to take the delivery which was very inconvienient.

Good communication, straightforward purchase. No issues at all. Recommendable:-)

The email updates throughout the process were helpful and kept me well informed, although I personally would have preferred to receive slightly fewer notifications. Quick and easy to buy from as I bought my TV on a Thursday and I got on Monday but if I bought on Wednesday I'd of got on Friday
