We came in just looking and ended up buying a Vortex spa on the spot! Peter was very knowledgeable, professional and patient answering all our questions, which were many, and didn't try to push a sale. We felt very confident and excited with the purchase and the process from ordering to delivery was very smooth and quick. The delivery guys were very professional and friendly and helped us to place our spa in the best position. They didn't hurry like most delivery people are and made us feel like VIP customers.

Peter from Spa World North Lakes QLD is very good to deal with and a true gentleman. I would highly recommend Peter for spa world North Lakes QLD. Purchased a vortex spa 3yrs ago from Spa World North Lakes. Today we needed some additional advice, couldn’t be happier with product and service. Back up support and the advice given from Nick Kermode was invaluable.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Spa delivered full of mould and dirty. Spa cover looked second hand it was so covered in mould and dirty. Sales person “Nick” at North Lakes told us that we need to get electricity sorted for the spa and then someone “technician” from Spa World will hook it up… well that is not the case so I had to call my Sparkey back. Also when I said that I am ready for the technician to hook up the heat pump I was told there is no availability. Wow! Also, there is no aparent welcome pack.. more wow! Seriously I strongly recommend NOT buying anything from Spa World in North Lakes. No communication… we had to constantly follow up. Just not happy. Have heaps of photos to show the filthy and mouldy product we received.

I am very disappointed in the service at this spa world store, I purchased a $21,000 spa almost 4 weeks before Christmas with the promise that I would have it well before Christmas,
but after I paid them, they ghosted me, I called and called to try and get an answer and nobody would help me find out where it was or when I would see it. Finally on the 20th of January( 7 weeks later) I found out where it was and went and collected myself from their warehouse. Because I wanted a Jacuzzi brand hot tub and they are sold exclusively through spa world I was stuck with them. Their customer service is good on the sales end but after the sale don't expect much, you'll be lucky if they even deliver what you paid for.

We purchased our spa from North Lakes spa world before Xmas. Within 2days the lights stopped working and we had to work very hard to contact the technical support team who eventually contacted us to tell us a new light was in the post on 22nd Dec. It is 12th Jan, and whilst some delays may be expected due to Xmas, no one has been in contact and it is virtually impossible to speak to either the showroom or the technical team as all calls are handled overseas. So disappointed with the back up service, check when you purchase with another company regarding the technical support.

The guys at spa world North lakes are top blokes Peter and Nic. Always happy to answer any of our questions. We are so happy with our spa. We should of done it earlier. They above and beyond. Cheers guys keep up the good work.

Dealing with Peter at Spa world North lakes he is amazing, and a very informative and fantastic advise. Did not worry if I phoned him 5 or 6 times a day to ask question, always polite and welcoming, it has been amazing dealing with them. Would highly recommend them if you are wanting to purchase a spa

Peter Sorenson (Manager), gave us a fantastic insight to the spas on offer, how they worked and qualified our needs. This resulted in us buying a Fisher 5 Spa with 5 seating positions. Peter organised the spa to be delivered within 2 weeks and it arrived as promised. The AAA Spa delivery company was fantastic as well. They took the time to ensure the spa was in place without any damage and explained the basics of operating and maintaining the spa.

Spa World is an excellent company to deal with and having someone like Peter to manage the store with such professionalism is a credit to Spa World and Peter himself.

Spar world north lakes staff treat you like people regardless of the way you dress. We never dress up for shopping and look like we own mothering. The owner of the store is down to earth person and talks to us not at us. We were allowed to try out the spa in the shop. We came back with our bathers and sat in the spa. There was no chlorine smell even though it was inside. I was relaxed and the muscle tension pain was gone for 2 days. We came back 2 years later to buy and we were remembered by him. The sale was so easy for us and we now have a spar on order to be delivered next month.

Walked into North Lakes was greeted by Peter who was very professional and friendly telling me all about the Vortex Spa and Fisher D Spa. Once I sat in the Vortex Spa they have in showroom was impressed by how well the jets were in the right places gave me the best massage ever. Peter wasn’t pushy just very informative so I paid my deposit on the Mercury Vortex. Sara kept me updated with emails on when the spa would be arriving was a 3 mth wait. Once the Spa arrived the delivery guy’s were great, setting up the Cover Lifter as well. Nick came and showed me how easy it was to look after with it’s Smart Technology System, all automatic how it works out when filters & heating so easy! Nick was very friendly and thorough in showing me how to balance the Ph and how much Chlorine to use answering all my questions with ease. Nick informed me about Magnaspa which helps me sleep better. So glad and relaxed now after my daily Spa sessions! Thankyou Guy’s so happy!

Posting this a full year after my spa was delivered - but the service at Spa World was fantastic, Duncan was very helpful and patient, Nick was great, he came out and inspected our yard cos I was worried about access. The spa was the best thing I ever bought and I love it so much. It has added a lot of quality to our lives and our backyard is my favourite place !

Thank you Spa World and to Peter for selling me a top quality product that surpassed my expectations. Education is power! After reading through the easy to follow instructions I started to relax and had the spa set up in one day, ready to melt away years of stress. If you are looking for a spa for 2-3 people, I would recommend the Vortex Avante Neon because it lives up to it's name. Fitted with 51 powerful jet pumps, the daily hydrotherapy massage is so easy and comfortable to use in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I also love the choice of coloured lights, the hydrotherapy lounge and the health benefits I will gain from this investment. Thanks again Peter for answering all my questions and the genuine belief in your product!!!

We ordered a spa pool from Spa World North Lakes dealing with Peter. He was great to work with. he understood our needs, how we wanted to use it and helped us determine the best model for our home. We needed to make changes to the order and Peter was very helpful with that reaching an outcome we are very happy with. I highly recommend Spa World, the sales especially the after sales service was second to none. Thank you to Peter and his team. We purchased our Aquagym Max swim spa last year and enjoy it both for exercise (swimming) or just relaxing. We also purchased the SV Series heat pump which is amazing at heating or cooling our spa quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad we purchased a swim spa instead of a pool as it saved us a lot of money and a spa is much easier to maintain and we use it all year round. The spa looks amazing at night.

We could not be happier with our Spa from Peter and the team at Northlakes.
We have owned Spa's previously and the experience with our Nitro Avante surpasses any previous spa we have had.
the 2nd pump option allows us to utilise all 5 positions when required, or select one outlet/pump for single person use.
The heat pump is a very cost effective way to maintain the spa temperature.
Spa maintenance is minimal - 1 teaspoon of sanitiser after every spa and once a week when we change the filters to clean - 25 gms and run the clean cycle.
