Hi Erik, dank voor je bericht. Je lijkt te schrijven dat je de bestelling moest afronden via de "Shopps" app? Dat lijkt mij niet de bedoeling en zo is onze site zeker niet opgebouwd. In principe zou je gewoon met iDeal kunnen afrekenen en dan wordt het de volgende dag thuis bezorgd. Is er iets wat ik kan kan doen om de ervaring te verbeteren? Snel geleverd, onjuiste product omschrijving
Snel geleverd, mooie artikelen, duidelijke status updates van de verzending. Enige minpuntje dat ik had is dat op de site een papieren instructie was afgebeeld en in de omschrijving stond, maar in de plaats daarvan zat er een qr code in de doos naar een site met instructies, en die link was helaas niet helemaal juist, moest nog doorklikken. Dat was niet helemaal wat ik vooraf verwacht had.

Ha Remco, dank voor je berichten je terugkoppeling. We zijn afgestapt van fysieke toelichtingen en recepten vanwege twee redenen: 1) het milieu (minder belasting) en 2) dat we actuelere informatie kunnen bieden en kunnen aanvullen als er nieuwe kennis en recepten zijn. Maar we kunnen dat beter communiceren. Neem ik mee!
