As Spectrum is the administrator of the warranty, we are responsible for assessing and managing warranty claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions. The concerns you have raised regarding the condition of the vehicle at the point of sale would fall under the responsibility of the supplying retailer, Motorpoint.

At present, we have requested further information from you so that we can review the details of your claim and fully understand the concerns you have raised. Once we have received this information, we will be happy to investigate the matter further and provide you with a response.
