I suspect this is another scam casino. Server rejecting incoming emails so impossible to contact them. Links on the emails don't work.

Absolute scammers

Opened an account with them in April last year. Desposited some money, wagered bonus cash down and ended up with £93 cash....FULLY wagered.

Left the site and a few months later went back to withdraw cash. Could not withdraw as had to verify first. Verify page did not work properly, so contacted them via live chat, them email...couple of email exchanges and then silence, never got a response to my last email.

Anyway, not been online much of late, so decided to go log in and withdraw cash or see if I could. Wouldnt let me log in, so I attempted to reset my password....site tells me my email address doesnt exist???

Contacted them via live chat....initial CS agent couldnt find my account so passed me on to another agent, who was extremely arrogant.

Told me the site had updated and some accounts didnt transfer over....and??? so wheres my account? wheres my cash?

Didnt get much responses from him, he them closed the chat rudely, without any resolution to my query???

Scandalous these casinos are allowed to exist, clearly just a scam site.

Casino says 7-21 days to process withdrawal which is ridiculous to start with. Requested on 26th November 2025 and still waiting!
Get told being processed and be patient.

I won and withdrew £1850 at beginning of the month and they closed my account and when I log into chat everyday to ask about my withdrawal they block my messages and ignore me had no email or any help at all don’t play the scam site

This is a scam site. They will inform you that witdrawals take 7-21 working days in the hope you will have forgotten about it during this implausibly long 'processing' time. The money will never arrive and they'll simply stop replying via Customer support. This is the first online casino I can say is 100% a scam, and will happily provide proof if requested.

Waiting on my withdrawal to be processed 21 days have come and gone so my advice to anybody wanting to play this site stay clear as they don’t pay out your winnings and give u some crap excuse as the reason

Complete scam site. Paid my deposit, spent over 2 weeks painstakingly working through my bonus etc, went to withdraw my money, like to test the withdrawal process before making any further deposits, this was 7th December 2024.....I'm still waiting, have spoken to several advisers other the last few months and just get fed the same rubbish...I would definitely avoid this website
