Used Fast Tag before deactivation after sale - Resolved by Gaurav Oberoi.
Encountered fast tag issue post sales with Spinny. Spoke to Gaurav Oberoi from Spinny Team who quickly attended to the issue, investigated on it, escalated as needed and ensured constant follow-ups until resolution. Overall Spinny experience was good until the fast tag issue arose. Great guy and amazing support which is something rarely seen these days in the customer support. Keep up the good work.

Booked a car inspection for sale. Date 5 Jan, time 5pm. The person supposed to come was not available. No one else was assigned. I had to take off from my office hours to be available for inspection. And then on asking for inspection today even till 8pm the inspection was cancelled. Who is responsible for my time wasted. Had made the booking on 4th Jan. Please Respond.
