I won 46k on this website and did not use a deposit bonus or any bonus for that matter. All my documents were verified. Now this is my 4th attempt at withdrawing the max amount of 4K via bank transfer and it’s still pending. The first excuse was that I tried to withdraw back to the card I used to deposit with and they said I have to do it via bank transfer. So did that and then that was cancelled and the reason was there was confusion with the withdrawal team. So I did the 4K withdrawal via bank transfer again and once again it was cancelled. The reason this time was because it exceeded the 24hr time period. So did the 4K withdrawal via drawls again via bank transfer and once again it was canceled. This time the excuse was that it exceeded the 1.5 k daily limit they offered me when I first won the money which I kindly declined and said I would rather lump sum withdrawals, which was noted and agreed upon via email. I have now tried the 4K withdrawal via bank transfer again and they are saying I have to wait the 24hr waiting period again. When I first won the money I got a phone call from Dandenong Victoria congratulating me on my win, followed be an email once again congratulating me. Iris is my vip manager and she has been responded to my emails notifying me of the withdrawal declining excuses. They have acknowledged my winnings multiple times through email. Who can I report this to and how can I get my winnings. I will pursue this to its full extent until I get my winnings. 46k is a lot of money and I won it fair and square and they have to honour that which they have acknowledged.

They are making constant excuses to…
They are making constant excuses to cancel my withdrawal, for the last 5 days everyday I have had my withdrawal cancelled for reasons that don’t apply, manager saying will fix the issue never did she called to inform me that one withdraw will be cancelled cause of an initial (as is on my banking) but that withdrawal was cancelled the night before and 2 hours of clearing apparently was a technical issue that was the best one, now saying my numbers were typed in wrong and nothing can be done cause it’s weekend this was don’t Thursday night any excuse once again, I still haven’t heard from manger and nothing else has been done, I am done with this sight ppl be aware they will take ur money and make any excuse to not continue with ur withdrawal

Do not gamble with them
Worst experience I have ever had with a gambling site. Take forever to answer my emails and when they do they say they don't understand the problem. I tried to withdraw many times with different withdrawal options and they always denied it and say that I should use bank withdrawal when the option to withdraw via bank isn't even possible. Worst experience I have ever had do not gamble on their site. They always recommend the live chat and that also isn't on their site and when I tried to confirm my bitcoin address I got a 404 page not found. When I asked them about that they said that they confirmed my email address. Too many flaws on their site.

there's no support in this website

Be careful games are 100% rigged
I use the spin samurai to play roulette, on major issue is the live games are rigged, multiple times the ball would land on a winning number and sit for a second then some how roll over to the number next to it when I happens once you could let go but when it was happening to me multiple times and I couldn’t make sense of it, when I spoke to support they recommended me play slots as they don’t get many complaints just from that line it proves that the games are rigged, I’ve even played sic bo and that game is also rigged as after the dice lands and it stops bouncing the dice seem to somehow with some miracle turn over. Ive lost big due to the rigged system, I also have screenshots of that chat where customer support was trying to move me to another game saying slots don’t have many complaints.

I feel this is one of the better ones going around, all works fine, rtp seems fair, payouts are reasonably quick (low maximum withdrawal limit however) Only issue is bonuses/free spins are a waste of time. Even if you are lucky enough to win anything on 20c spins, clear the huge wagering, they cap it with a max win amount (which isn't much) So I recommend don't bother with the bonuses on offer. I've had big wins in bonuses which they just reduce to next to nothing.
