I ordered a 3D dinosaur blanket, upgraded to "Sherpa" and I received a thin low quality 2D printed blanket. It cost me roughly $110 Australian dollars. I emailed and got a response saying it had been referred to the appropriate department but it's been 5 weeks since I have heard anything. Not even worth a 1 star

Splendifly.com is a total scam. Products are misrepresented. All the bad reviews are spot on. I should have checked them out before I purchased. Not only was the product misrepresented it also showed up postage due.
Do not buy from them.

Scam company!!! l was ripped off and filed a dispute with my credit card company, what l ordered was not what l got! flat cheap dinosaur blankets that we’re supposed to be 3-D dinosaur blankets they don’t respond to you and all their phone numbers are disconnected and do not work. Don’t trust this company.

Stay away don’t waste your money on this stupid website. Call your bank and cancel your transaction if we did the mistake.

Completely false advertising. Ordered a 3D dinosaur blanket and it was completely junk when I received it 2 months later. All the pictures and videos show a nice thick, 3D blanket. the product was a cheap, thin, small blanket of dinosaurs. The company does not respond to emails or have any response. Luckily I used a credit card which will refund my money. The company needs to be shut down for bait and switch policies and total fraud.

Scam, Scam,Scam. Totally not the 3d dino blanket I ordered. Have been trying for a refund and never hear back from them. Even their phone number refers you back to their website and when you fill out the form. (Done this 3 times already) all you get back is an automated generic response email. I showed my grandson the picture of what I ordered for him when I first ordered it and he was super excited about it. Fortunately, he a great kid and when he got the substandard product he just said. That's okay Grandpa.

Item not as described. It is promoted as a 3d blanket and received printed blankets. No communication from the company, basically just stuck with it

False advertising. They advertise a really cute 3D dinosaur blanket, with the dinosaur heads stuffed like pillows. It arrived as a plain fleece blanket. I've contacted their customer service and they are ignoring me after their first couple responses that just asked for photos and videos of their own product that they obviously KNOW is not what is advertised. Do not buy from Splendifly.

There was no way to research this business prior to purchase the fake 3D Dinosaur blanket, so I took the risk and ordered, hoping "no reviews" was better than bad reviews. TOTAL SCAM

Email link goes to unknown source, can't even complain to anyone. No phone number. No contact info. No ads on Facebook anymore either. LOL
Contacting my credit card company to see if they can do anything. Scumbags.

After waiting weeks for this “3D” blanket to arrive I was not disappointed, I was FURIOUS! It was NOTHING as shown in the picture! NOT 3D @ all and the materiel was so thin you could see through it. It is TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

After receiving two blankets of a very poor quality with printed dinosaurs and reading other peoples reviews about the company Splendifly I have sadly realised that I have been scammed.

I find difficult to understand how people can make a living out of deceiving others.
Luckily, what goes around comes around.

I shall make sure I tell as many people as possible about Spledifly scam.

This is a bullshit company selling bullshit blankets, $90 for 2, contacted their customer support 6 times and getting automated response. Stalling for the 30 day so you can't dispute.

1. you have to ship back on your dime
2. 25% restocking fee is stupid.

The 3-D blanket I ordered is only a piece of cloth, very disappointing. I saw this item on instagram and thought it would be perfect for my grandson. The customer service at Splendifly does not respond other than an auto response with a ticket number. Then nothing, phone numbers on the site don't exist. I too will be disputing the charge with my credit card.

I to ordered the 3D dinosaur blanket and also got a just a plain dinosaur no 3D on it. I wish I would have seen this reviews before I would have NEVER got one from them. I don't know how to get my money back I paid by credit card about a month ago so if anyone knows please let me know. Pretty sad when people or companies scam you like this. Are they that hard up for money or just like knowing they can scam you. This was for my grandson birthday who is in the hospital thanks SPLENDIFY you made me feel like crap because I was unable to give him this blanket

This was not what I ordered. The dinosaur 3d blanket was not 3d. I can't believe I spent $50 for the tiny nothing blanket!!!
What a rip off!

I ordered a 3-D Dinosaur Blanket for $67.90 total. on Feb 03, 2026,02/18/2026 I received my order, it was not the correct blanket. I ordered the 3-D, they sent a printed blanket that has parts on the blanket that are not filled in. Immediately I emailed, called. Calling gets you a voicemail for EVERY option. I followed every step and sent the video and to date I have received nothing but their generic email that they will reach out to me.

I'm only giving one star because of The prompt response. I ordered the 3D puffy dinosaur blanket with actual body shapes for my grandson's birthday. What I got for 49.95 was a 3D printed, flat lightweight fleece blanket. They did offer 30% refund, but since I used PayPal I was able to get the full amount back through PayPal. This is a scam. I also thought I was purchasing something from Peru because they advertised it as a Peruvian product... It shipped from China.

This is a fake fraud company. I had ordered a 3D blanket, they gave me a simple 2D one. This is a fake fraud company. Scammers. I prepare to take this to court if this company doesn’t return my money.

It’s a fraud. The blanket is a cheap flannel blanket. It’s NOT 3 D. Their email bounced back the telephone numbers are not real It’s disgusting that tik tok allows these scammers to advertise.
