Avoid like the plague

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a mug almost 2 months ago as a gift for my DIL. Got a tracking number and it seems the item disappeared into oblivion. I sent them an email AND disputed my charge but they were right on top of it and advised the 1st one got lost and automatically sent out a new one without giving me an option to just cancel it. Her birthday is next week and I still have no gift. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! If I could review it on their site I would do exactly the same thing!! Wish I had checked here before ordering

Don’t order from Spenditdid, they dont fix their mistakes

I ordered a 5 pack of 3d cards for my grandsons. Only 3 arrived. They basically accused me of lying as their shipping company would never make a mistake. I sent pictures of the 6x8 envelope the cards were shoved into 3 emails later the offered me $3.00 refund. All I wanted were my cards.
I will never order from them again and don’t advise anyone else to either

Splendid bras and tshirts - chef's kiss

I have worn Splendid for years. I'm sensitive to fabric that is not soft so Splendid is my go to brand. I struck gold on their website with the current now or never sale. The items arrived quickly and just as I had ordered. I love their long sleeve tshirts. They look great, are soft and yummy, and wash well, maintaining their colors and structure. I just purchased some of their flexible fit underwire tshirt bras, one in every color. They are the most comfortable bras ever, super soft, well constructed and well made.

Took 34 days to be delivered. Promised much less.

I ordered something for my Grandson for Christmas that was that was decorated with a Christmas theme Dec. 8. It was promised to be delivered before Christmas. I tracked it and saw it was stalled in Sweden and left there on the 18th. It arrived in the US on the 23rd and was delivered to my house Jan. 10. It's useless to me now. I asked for a refund and was offered $2 for a sign of goodwill. NEVER AGAIN with this company. I noticed there were many similar reviews with the same problem.

Scam

Splentdid.com is definitely a scam. I ordered a Christmas gift December 9 and I’m still waiting for it. Today is January 13. They originally said I would receive it by December 23 in time for the Christmas present. After waiting for so long, I asked for a refund and they said oh see if you like the product first when you get it. I wish I never ordered from them and I never will again. I still have not received it. It’s been over a month.

Ordered something said it was delivered…

Ordered something said it was delivered on the 27 of December. Nevered delivered emailed them got response but now nothing. Called credit card can't even find charged on statement. I hate ordering on line. The website is ordered from was splentdid.com. it is a fake website on Facebook. It was not from splendid.

Awful

Awful! I placed my order over two weeks prior to Christmas, with expedited shipping with shipping occurring within 2-3 days of the order, and nothing! I sent a request to cancel and/or a refund, since the package is still in Poland…they stated they could not because my son’s gift has now shipped…on 12/28! Unacceptable!

Honestly

Honestly, save yourself from the headache of dealing with this company. I am still awaiting a response. I was essentially told that despite the seller sending my order to the wrong recipient, I have no resolution to receive my items or receive a refund because I won’t be able to return my items (as they were sent to someone else). Surely this isn’t a sustainable business model. When I requested that I be referred to their fraud department, all correspondence ceased coming. BUYER BEWARE!

Unfulfilled order, uncredited returns

I returned 3 of 4 items and never received a credit on my account. The fourth item, while charged to me, was never actually shipped (it remained “waiting to picked up” in their shipping app yet appeared as if it was in the package with the delivered three items.) Requested a refund via American Express.This company is clearly going under.

The same thing just happened to me that has happened to others here. I placed an order for three shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping. I only received one shirt, so I emailed customer service. They said they were all shipped separately in three different packages..... and they said two of them arrived a few minutes apart. First of all, that makes no sense. They told me to look around the neighborhood. If one of the packages was at my door, why would FedEx leave another one somewhere else instead of at the door with my other one? I live in a gated, very private and safe community. AND, where is the third package?? They said if I open a dispute with my bank and FedEx can't find the packages, then I will not be entitled to a refund. This is ridiculous!!!!!! I emailed them a couple times after, asking for the different shippers information in order to get proof of delivery from FedEx, but haven't received a reply. If I don't receive the other packages in another day or two, I'm going to call my bank. Not something I want to deal with!!

horrible customer service

Splendid.com order took forever to get here. Extremely disappointing. Especially in this day and age. I live in Hawaii and order from so many websites, including Etsy where items are shipped from all over the world. Orders get here in a reasonable amount of time even when shipped entirely from other side of the world. This order from splendid.com took a month to get here. It was a final sale, but since it took so long I asked for an exception since the order was a birthday gift and it was way past the birthday, even though I ordered two weeks in advance. I asked them to consider a return. Splendid was not willing to work with me at all, unacceptable! Never again will I order anything from them. Terrible customer service.

I will never order with this company…

I will never order with this company again. The customer service is not at all helpful. I did not receive my order, however, the tracking from Fedex smart post states it was delivered today. I usually have zero issues with receiving properly tracked packages where I live. The customer service at Splendid has been useless and not at all splendid. I now need to try to investigate and find the item. They advise you to search your community. How am I supposed to search my entire community to find a package that should have been tracked properly with photos? I do not have the energy for this incredible incompetence and stress. This is 2025 and this is not okay that they do not take care of consumers like me who paid for these items.
They use the cheapest shipping possible and do not properly track their deliveries. This is unethical and unacceptable. I need a refund asap.

Horrible experience, shop elsewhere

Horrible, horrible experience with this company. I ordered a top with matching pants for my grand daughter. I put in a different mailing address than my billing address so that it would be sent to her home in CA. The second that I hit the purchase button, the mailing address changed to the billing address. I contacted the company immediately and was told that it was impossible to change the address. To add insult to injury, when the package arrived, it contained only the top, not the matching pants. When I contacted the company asking when the rest of the order would arrive I was told that they had issued a refund and if I wanted the pants I would have to put in a new order. That won't be happening as I won't be interacting with this useless company again.

Don’t bother

Brick and mortar store at Kierland, they are just rude. And, can’t answer any questions. As for online, I placed an order and used 50 dollars worth of points. Took my points but did not apply them. When I found a number and spoke to someone I was told “ sorry no way to get them back”. What, your site takes them but does not give the credit and no way to retrieve! SCAM So she tells me to go to the Kierland store and they will honor that 50. Wrong. The store basically called me a liar and said online and stores are separate. So, I will never bother with this store again. Pathetic people, lying and no customer service. Trifecta
Much better products and definitely better people almost anywhere else.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE AND WITH SPLENDID WEBSITE.
I only rec’d a partial shipment yet their site says it has been fully delivered. I have spent ½ hour trying to communicate this to them but to no avail because their website is so incompetent. There is no place to voice my complaint… I searched all through the website. I guess they probably don’t want to hear??? The phone number they have listed put me on hold for a very long time and then asked me to leave a message. Told me I could write an email. I wonder how I will return some other items???

Their rewards policy is a racket

Their rewards policy is a racket. I used my earned points for a shirt on Saturday ($25) and then went to return it today and was told it was now on sale. They would not apply the $25 to the new purchase nor would they return my points to me. I earned those points from prior purchases and then they technically took them from me. Terrible company- I won’t be back

BEWARE-DO NOT BUY FROM SPLENDID

If I could give them no stars, I would. As all the other reviews stated, this company is a SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER anything from Splendid Inc. We ordered a dog/child playpen. Took one month to receive from Singapore. Received a box full of junk, cheap pieces. Would not put my 3 month old puppy in it. Absolutely not a baby! They would not refund our $’s because it was not damaged, $89 loss. They list their corporate office in Texas, use Utah & California as well. This company needs to be investigated.
