I'm glad I ordered from SplitKB. The shipment was prompt, the website had helpful guides and a great order wizard and the after sales service was phenomenal. I ordered Tuesday night and am typing on my new keyboard today (less than 24 hours handling time!)

The kit I ordered was of excellent quality. The guide could have been more detailed but I was able to get all the information I required from their official Discordserver.

Did not ship, support email ignores my messages.

Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. Send a message to the support to verify that the parts I ordered are indeed compatible with each other. Got a affirmative reply and a question if the order should be shipped. I confirmed that it should.

Since then, almost two weeks have passed, and I have neither my keeb, nor tracking code, nor even another response in the email.

Sad. Will ask for a refund if I don't get at least some response until this Friday.
