I ordered a few keyboards here in 2025 and early 2026. Especially love the new Halcyon series. Site is very professional, manuals are great, and fantastic support on Discord. I love my Kyria and Elora keyboards. Keep up the good work!

Received my switches in three days, very good timing for an international delivery. The product was well packaged and works well.

the kit is nice, there are are a 3+ spare diods and a couple spare sockets. Overall i liked the quality, the acrylic covers are nice too. I got some help in the discord server too

splitkb is a company that sells nice products but, in contrast to many other companies, for them this explicitly includes customer support:
- their online configurator explains why components are needed so it enables you to decide for yourself whether you need it or not
- their product guides are simple yet detailed. I can't imagine anybody who takes the time to follow them not to be able to get their keyboard working. For more ambitious customers more than enough information is provided as well.
- their github user space makes it possible to change the firmware of your keyboard and still profit from provided updates
- one part I ordered did not function completely and was replaced promptly

Nier slecht, je krijgt wat je besteld hebt. T zou nog mooier zijn als die pcb ontwerpjes ook opensource zouden zijn maar hey.

Love the experience, Its just a bit too pricy

Have bought keycaps from them twice, great service both times, order dispatched promptly and arrived on time. Customer service reps were on-the-ball and extremely helpful in cancelling an order when I changed my mind a few hours later. The stroopwaffel is a nice touch 👌

The support is phenomenal and accommodating, highly recommend for EU customers.

Erg fijn toetsenbord. (Aurora Sofle, PCB kit). Duidelijk ontworpen met oog voor detail, aan heel veel dingen is gewoon gedacht waardoor je veel opties hebt, en er worden voor de "als het valt is het kwijt" onderdelen wat extra mee gestuurd.

De documentatie voor het solderen en in elkaar zetten was duidelijk en op wat wel erg kleine surface mount onderdelen na (surface mount diodes en resistors voor de OLED zonder leesbril), was alles snel en makkelijk te solderen. Ook handig is de kant en klare Vial firmware die je in Verkenner op de MCU kan zetten.

Ik had met een ander board wat technische problemen, en dit is uitstekend opgelost.
