Dud site
After reading all the reviews about spoil.co.nz I emailed multiple times to cancel my order .. no replies at all .then after using Google it advised it wasn't a trusted site ;(

I could not get my dye in Brisbane anywhere sold out online. So I came across spoil.co.nz. they had what I wanted, so ordered off their Website. I must say I was very impressed being a Kiwi I would give this company 10 Star's.everything went perfectly, communication absolutely awesome. Australia Post brilliant as well. Alway's knew what was happening and received my parcel a few minutes ago, Sunday 15th. Thankyou so much Spoil co New Zealand absolutely great.
I ordered from them, got a confirmation 2/12/24 and then heard nothing. The link to track the order didn't work so did a reply to their email. Like others writing reviews here - It came back - "This is the mail system at host mail.bigcommerce.com. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message."
Then I noticed that the email on their website is not the same so tried that. I got a reply to say they couldn't source the product I wanted and would refund. That refund has now gone through thankfully but don't know that I would have ever heard from them if I hadn't chased them.
Advice to others - make sure you use their correct email to contact them if you have a problem.
My wife ordered a product. Confirmed by email but no communication since almost a month now. I would suggest you be very cautious as you have no means of communication at all.
I can report the product arrived over 2 months later no communication at all so I am still not impressed but have edited my text. And given an extra star.
I placed an order with Spoil on 25 /9/ 24. Order ID is #83302163 Paid $84.10. Followed up 4 times by email, as there is no phone number to call. I have heard NOTHING back from them at all. No reply and no refund. These are rip off merchants, do not buy from them. EVER.
Absolutely bad business this site! I ordered on the 10th of July a couple of men’s perfumes, toiletry bag and another misc item for my partners birthday and revived confirmation of payment and a note the order should take 2-5 days before i get the underway. Fast forward to the 11th of August I still hadn’t received any correspondence re: items or status of delivery; nothing! So I sent an email to which I also received no response. I then reached out again as my partners birthday was days away and there after finally got a response from Jas @ SPOIL stating they couldn’t source an item due to supplier not stocking so swiftly cancelled and refunded my entire order. Now I am left scrambling for a gift for my partner. I do not recommend this site and will not be visiting this site again.
I ordered on 32 March 2024 and haven’t received the product or a refund. $86NZ. I’ve also received the message

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and the only thing I got was the order confirmation. They didn't deliver my stuff nor even dispatched it. When you go to their "contact us" page, there is NOTHING but an email address - which I should've known better it's a bad sign.
If you want a refund, you can do so withing ONE hour after purchasing - which is ridiculous because withing one hour you have no idea how terrible this service will be. However, if you still want to apply for it, you have to fill up a form and get in the refund queue.
Long story short, to this moment, I have no order, no communication and no refund.

Placed an order with them and 10 days later still had not been shipped! Emailed them twice before they finally got back to me saying that there suppliers could not get what I wanted, why sell something that you didn't have in the first place??? Thankfully got my refund, but will never ever use them again

It is obviously a scam website. Thank Goodness, my order was small and not that expensive $50.
Copied and pasted from another persons bad experience however sadly its also mine. UPDATE...as the last person said, refund given only after this reveiw was placed. Don't touch this place they do not have items in stock and their emails bounce back.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, I received an email from Spoil informing me that (quote): "Due to a supplier reason, we've experienced an difficulty of receiving more restocks for the product(s) you've ordered. Despite in the last few days, we've actually been in liaison with different suppliers for your order, but none of them seems to have them in stock at this moment. Hence, we've issued you a refund as below...".
So it is obvious this company is a typical "intermediate link". They don't have any actual products in stock, and when order is placed, they start "looking for the product". Emails bounce, no notifications of product unavailability or refunds are sent, unless you chase them like I did. Sorry, but it's not good enough for me, therefore not another penny.
