I purchased a flashing cat collar, but it was unavailable. Instead, I received two Marvel-themed collars with a note apologizing and offering a refund if desired. I decided to keep both, knowing my cat wouldn't mind the change. The customer service was exceptional, and the delivery was incredibly fast. I'm definitely sticking with this company for future purchases!

I ordered a flash cat collar and payed for it, but unfortunately it was out of stock, however i got sent 2 marvel cat collars instead along with a note apologising and stating that I was able to return both for a refund if I wished, however i kept hold of both collars as I'm sure my cat won't even know what collar he's wearing 🤣🤣 absolutely superb customer service and super speedy delivery, will definitely continue to use this company 😀 👍

Bought a bandana from SRP on Thursday and needed it for Saturday morning. The lady was so friendly and helpful. She made sure it was posted that afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. Brilliant service, very happy and will definitely use again. Definitely recommend this company.
