Great customer service. I asked about changing a design, and they made a change on the website right away so that I could edit the front of a dog tag. I was assisted by Lesley, and was really impressed by the prompt reply (and the patience when I had a follow-up questions).
The tag arrived and is just perfect. So pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy despite being light, and lovely deep colours.

Ordered another I am blind bandana for the greyhound. Easy process, trackable delivery, quality item with secure press studs. The soft lining as well as comfortable for him means it doesn't scrunch up and become unreadable. His first bandana is in daily use (around one year) and has a lot more life in it. Only bought this one as going to a dog show

The product fits my Newfoundland and is very well made. It looks even better when I put it on her, than it does in the photo. Nicely stitched around and reversible from "Assistance" to blank. The purple color looks grand against her golden brown fur.
