I only joined a couple of months ago and had my first bet yesterday. I won ,only small, but then decided to test out the withdrawal process before considering investing more of my hard earned. As it there is no point depoditing,winning and then not being able to access your cash.

So I then received an email requesting verification of my account which I thought ,OK. However they asked for bank details,utility bill and passport/driving licence to be scanned and sent to then via email. Now maybe I am being cautious but that information is a fraudsters wet dream! All in one email?

I would have thought the verification process would have happened before a deposit is made with your bank details being confirmed on deposit after your other details have been verified.

I sent my utility and driving licence in and held back the bank details. Waiting for reply from SportsSpread.

I am still waiting for call back. Any chance? Thanks.

Further to my earlier review I have now withdrawn 2 separate winnings and both were in my account within 24 - 36 hours. The only negative is the mobile website is pretty basic. Otherwise a first rate betting firm.

I see last night’s review has been removed.

However I have had the same experience at that chap.

This company refuses your withdrawals, and hides being the fact they all have to be authorised by a Brian O’Neill, who is never available.

They always blame ‘new card system’ issues or suchlike, and have been doing so for years.

Some people haven’t been paid for up to 10 years; and are owed thousands.

interesting reading all these reviews. I had an account for a year or so. I must admit the bonuses they gave me were fantastic but i always struggled to withdraw all my winnings. I felt i had to leave some in there otherwise they would not let me withdraw all.In the end i decided the hassle was just not worth it. But good to see all the good reviews on here unless they are fake.

Hi lets me say you certainly did look after me over the years and i had no issues with that. The bonuses you gave me were very generous and i thank you. I realize the bonus requirement were made up of stake x spread which i covered every time. The issue i was saying is that some times i would cover these requirements within one day and at the end i wanted to withdraw the funds but felt even with myself covering these requirements it was hard to get withdrawals from you every day. That was only my point. I like to withdraw my fund when i want to and not kind of beg to get them. Everything else about your organization is top rated and i wish you the best of luck

This is the best gambling site I have ever used. The site is very easy to navigate and the customer service is very good. i would highly recommend anyone to give it a go regardless of whether you prefer spread betting or fixed odds betting.

Sportsspread rejected my withdrawal request and they are not responding to calls or emails for 2 months. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH SPORTSSPREAD!!!

I have only been informed via Trustpilot that my account was terminated after this review was posted here and received no direct communication from SportSpread. The account had about £1700 of my money (not including £1000 bonus from sportsspread), what happened to this??
I was genuine new customer new to spread betting. I am not Cheating, Fraudulent or Criminal.

I only received 3 email responses from SportSpread (the last email you said you were reviewing my request and will revert shortly on 17 Nov 2020 9:08 am, but never did), also never answer the phone. I called SportSpread more than 10 times but none one time has people answer my call.

PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY or call me directly.
