Happy and sad
When we arrived one of the park employees escorted us by golfcart to site 53 (assigned to us) then drove off. We backed our Travel trailer in & began setup. When we went to pull in to the electric the post read 54 we plugged in which Must have signaled the office. There was a tent on site 53 & a 5th wheel on 52 both unsightly sites! There was no way for us to park on53. An employee came down told us to plug into electric post 53 (which was behind our neighbors tent) we did. The office never addressed the people on 52& 53 . Needless to said those that came in on our other side had our same problem. No one in the office ever addressed the issue with those on 52 & 53. By the condition those unkept sites they're permanent. The pool, water slide and entertainment were great!

We do strive for total transparency and prior to checkout there is always a breakout of taxes and fees. In addition, our service fee to operate the platform and provide a safe as well as secure way to book, never exceeds 10% of the nightly rate and is often less. In this case, due to the state and campground which you booked, there are some larger taxes that are associated with those that camp in CA. We would also invite you to fill out your profile with memberships discounts, veteran and/or first responder so that we may apply those discounts should you be eligible at check-out. My reservation had no campsite
When we arrived at our reserved campground they hadn't reserved me a site. There were several reservations but not mine. I had the email showing I had reserved a site. I was able to stay because they weren't full. The reservation was honored.

Our team identified a bug thanks in part to your reservation that was being stubborn with CVC codes for certain card types. REVISED REVIEW
I am submitting a revised review due to a series of changes that have occurred since the posting of my original review. Specifically--'Terry' of Spot2Nite did reach-out to me to explain the 'glitches' in the website which resulted in the incorrect rate computation in my original booking. Additionally, I was refunded the difference in the rate that I originally was charged and the discounted rate. Finally--Spot2Nite has indicated to me that they have checked all of the sites for which they secure reservations to make sure there would not be a recurrence for any future reservations made using its service. Consequently--I have changed my rating from 1-star to 4-stars due to the good follow-up communication that I received from Spot2Nite as well as its efforts to remediate the problem. (I don't believe a 5-star is warranted as the problem should not have occurred in the first place.) For those who want to read my original comments, I am leaving them below. Thank you and happy camping!
------------------------------------------------------------A terribly deceptive booking website. Not only did the booking system NOT compute the rate indicated in the site listing--but it added two(2) additional fees that were not indicated in the original listing. Furthermore--despite that the listing indicated that there would be a reservation notes section to indicate membership status in a RV club during the booking process--no such section appeared in the booking window--resulting in me not being able to qualify for the RV club membership discount at the time of booking. Caveat emptor!

There was a hiccup in our reservation details for access to bathroom services. However, Terry, the CEO, personally called, gave a full refund, and fixed the issue the same day. A+ customer service.
