I wish i had read the after sale…
I wish i had read the after sale reviews for their customer service before purchase. I had bought an russell Hobbs steam iron from them last year. Since it was my first purchase with them i called the customer care number to check regarding warranty on the product and was told that it is the same as mentioned in the card in the box (2years)and will start from the date the item is delivered to me. Now when i call them up they have the audacity to say that the item did not have a warranty to begin with and i was given the wrong information, and they can do nothing about it. This is extremely complacent attitude on behalf of a company who plans to be in business in todays times when most people depend on online purchase. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
We ordered a 16ft trampoline last year…
We ordered a 16ft trampoline last year (2019) in October. By May this year it started breaking down especially the jumping mat which was getting torn and separated from the springs. We dismantled it in June due to harsh weather conditions in the UAE but decided to inform Sprii and claim a replacement. You don’t use a trampoline for 6 months only then it becomes useless. Sprii agreed to replace the parts but have been tossing me around since then. Finally last week the manager called to inform me that they still didn’t have the part but they were willing to sell another one at a discounted rate!!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears. Be careful when you buy items from Sprii. They take no responsibility whatsoever and keeps saying the dealer has no parts. What am I supposed to do as a customer!

We had ordered a Graco Car seat and twin stroller. The idea was for the car seat to be compatible with the stroller, as advertised. They had sent us a different car seat while we were away during covid. When we came back we were suprised to find that the car seat was of a different brand and would not click in the stroller. We tried to return it and they would not accept. They had sent the wrong product and refuse to own up to their mistake.

Bad customer service experience and Warranty not taken serious
Despite Covid the delivery did come not overly late and customer service is responsive in addressing this. However I have a Warranty to claim a few weeks in and this has become a experience that is poor. No timely replies, no real concern and no interest in resolving this. I will know where not to buy any of the items they sell in the future because of the experience they provided
Unbelievable price and delivered on time
Was apprehensive after seeing many negative reviews.....So gave the order as
cash on delivery because the price was unbelievable low. NEARLY 700 AED on all other sites and nearly 270 in SPRII for slot car. Got the delivery in 2 days time. This review is only for SPRII. Product was as described and was more than worth the money I paid and definitely but not for the original price.

I placed an order a week before Ramadan…
I placed an order a week before Ramadan for some ramadan gifts for the family (tea calendars). They delivered them more than two weeks later (in the middle of Ramadan) when I didn’t need them anymore (already got them from somewhere else and sent them before Ramadan started). I called three times and they said that they’ll send someone to pick up the return. No one showed up. Now, more than 90 days later, they tell me that the “manager” refused my return as they don’t accept returns of books (they’re not even books lol). Thank you Sprii for the worst customer care and online shopping experience in Dubai. Will never shop from here again.

I ordered an item on Wednesday late afternoon after being let down by another website. The item was a gift for a birthday taking place on Saturday. Usually they take 4-6 business days to deliver however I sent an email to them asking if they could please try to get it to me by Saturday and Mr Ahmed who I have interacted with before and I recall was very professional kindly got onto the case and made sure the item was delivered by Saturday morning! Couldn’t be happier with the diligent service received cannot thank them enough!

Broken item and ignored
Bought a thermometer, was broken, they’ve picked it up and send me a new one broken as well and since then I’m totally ignored. Never buying again from them if they’re not fixing the problem. I’ve asked them for points or credit on the website to get something else but I’m totally ignored. Wouldn’t recommend unless they fix the problem!!!!

I'm not a bot, it was my first and definitely my LAST time ordering from this company, 2 months waiting for my order, I keep emailing them and sending them messages on twitter they have the same response every time, I pretty much got scammed if you somehow don't believe me just go to their twitter page and see the replies, everyone is complaining. They say my item will arrive 10 to 12…
They say my item will arrive 10 to 12 working days, it's been a month and I haven't received it. I had to publish on Twitter and Instagram so that at least they shipped it and that was just 5 days ago, but at first they lied to me and just made the shipping label so that they can provide me a shipping number, yet they never requested the item to be picked up from them. Now, they shipped it, but from a company that has had my item in their office for 5 days, when sprii warehouse is 30 min away from my home. They were supposed to ship through DHL according to their web site, but guess they were cheap this time. They only apologize but no real action has been done. I guess if they had gave me the option to pick it from their warehouse I'll have my item for a week. Ohh and BTW, they never send an email with the tracking number, if I haven't Expose them online they would have never shipped it. Don't do business with them, thought it was a good option due to the promotions they put, but turns that it doesn't covers the hassle the 20 off.
22 days and no one showed up!

Its 7th of May and no one collected the box! on going emails and phone calls for 22 days! same response, same empty-headed robotic customer services operations. I regret using this website and will never recommend it to anyone!

I purchased a KidKraft swing set one month ago. Within a week several of the large bolts above the swing seat fell out. Eventually I managed to get them back to secure them again. While the repair team where here I expressed my concerns about the stability of the swing and showed them several areas that the wood had cracked in it (I could not see this when they installed it as they installed it in the dark). I was promised that they would return within the week to repair the rest of the swing. Needless to say this did not happen.
It has now been a month and if my 1 or 4 year old go on the swing set the whole set shakes side to side and now we also have screws falling out.
I have sent videos, picture, what’s apps, emails and rang on numerous occasions but I am constantly told they cannot repair/replace the swing because of lock down yet they are still selling the same swing set which can be installed within 4/6 days on their site. I would love to know how they can install/sell new sets but they cannot take care of existing problems.
