Will never order from them again... I placed an order on the 29th for a face cream... they messaged me received saying since they are are so busy that there will possibly be a delay in my delivery but they will try get it to me by the 3rd, they called me today to say they have no stock! Thank you for wasting my time, the product should have been put aside on the day I paid for it!!! never again!

The worst service ever!! I ordered from them for almost 10 days and my order should be received in 2-3 days however till now i didn't receive it, and what is worse is that i called 7 times checking and complaining and everytime they said you'll sure receive next day and this is not happening even they r not calling to cancel or apologise

Now they stopped even telling me when i can receive. The only thing they say is they will ship it soon but how soon after 10 days of delay??!!!!!

Unprofessional company and waste of money and time, i regret buying from them. Pls don't bother, go to Amazon or noon they deliver on time

The price is higher than normal market ... then they delayed my shipment ! ... when i received my item it was broken !!!! i connected them BUT THEY IGNORED ME !!!!!!!!

I have placed an order on 27th January 2020 and while ordering the item was available in stock. Now after following up with almost 5 days, i called the call center today and informed the order is cancelled as it is not available in stock. Whenever i call the customer care, they inform it is under process and the item would be delivered within 2-4 days.I have note experienced this kind of worst service from an online websites. Really bad customer service as well. This is not the way to do business.I would not suggest this site to anyone.

Seamless service. Ordered 5 different items and did not come to me one by one. They have this nice blue box that shouts quality. It's not my first time ordering from Sprii. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years since I moved to Dubai. and not looking anywhere else.

The store has good variety and competitive prices. Delivery services is very fast . You can always save with coupons of discount every now and then. Thumbs up

Very bad product doesn’t work after one use and there’s no guarantee

I have ordered an item and the delivery never happened. I called the customer service and he doesn’t have any idea when they are going to dispatch and he had very vague answers like needs to check with the distributor and logistics department etc. Worst ever service I have ever experienced from an online website

Had a terrible experience from shopping on this website. The 3 items that i ordered were supposed to arrive 2-4 days after ordering. Not only did 2 of the 3 items i ordered arrived much later than 2-4 days, the 3rd item was CANCELLED by the website itself without anyone giving me a notice. When i asked for the manager 2 TIMES to call me and resolve the issue, the manager did not even bother calling me back. Sprii if you want to cancel an order you better cancil it at 2-3 days after the purchase not 11 days! I am currently calling Ded for consumer complaints hoping that they would resolve the issue.

Absolutely fantastic service, discounts, variety.

I’ve bought of Sprii many times and whenever I’ve had to refund the item because I’ve ordered incorrectly or the size is not right then I’ve had a prompt, free of charge pick up of the item and quick refund.

I ordered a playpen / travel cot from there and unfortunately they did not have stock so I got a quick response from customer service who gave me a refund and even provided a transaction number, along with a 25 aed voucher to say sorry.

Brilliant company!!
