Received the prepaid pack to send my device promptly which is padded to protect the device, easy to pack everything up and return.
Received my valuation today which was for the full amount, I always look after my devices with screen protectors and decent cases, phone was sent to them without any scratches and scuffs.
Will definitely look to use again in the future

5 star service! Quick and easy
Got the pouch delivered Friday morning, this morning (saturday) we received an email saying they have received the phone. This afternoon they gave us our value. It was less than they offered but still a good offer! Withdrew the funds into my bank account and before I even flipped the page off my phone I had the funds in my bank! Quick and easy! Couldn’t recommend it more! Will definitely be using this company again for any tech I need to sell! Easiest way to sell any tech!

First time used. Not impressed. Offered much less than original valuation with no reason given for the drop in value. You website leaves much to be desired and is very cumbersome. Wouldn’t recommend

The reason for the change in value would show in the tech report in your Spring account. In this case it was due to moderate wear on the glass screen. I can see you got in touch with us last night as you were having issues logging in as you were using a different email address to the one initially used. We’ve replied to this with some more info which we hope is helpful.
I also hope it was clear that you could reject the value and have the device returned for free but I can see you withdrew the money instead.

Amazing service, highly recommend!
I've used Spring to sell a number of my devices and they're now my favourite company for selling old tech! The process is so easy, quick, and efficient. They always give a valuation before they receive the device and then a full report once they get it. It's amazing that you get paid so quickly. Even with my oldest devices, which I knew wouldn't be worth much, got a couple of quid and it's great to know that they are being disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
Really looking forward to using their new Spring Store now, where you can buy refurbished devices. It's great to see a company who is so commited to building circular economy. Highly recommend!

Disappointed on value at end but easy and fast to use
Very easy to do and fast little disappointed as to how much was taken off the estimated price given to me just because of the screen having signs of use I even took a video to show how immaculate it was with no scratches but they took off nearly £100 so very disappointed in that

It looks like the value was reduced by £86 because of two scratches to the screen. Unfortunately this meant that the item didn't meet our definition of 'barely used' and so we couldn't pay the initial estimate. Please do let us know if we could have made this clearer along the way?
We do offer quick and free returns but I can see that you have accepted and withdrawn the money.

Really easy to use
Really easy to use. Kept in loop of what was happening. Would have been 5 star had they not reduced my quote by more than £100 for 3 small scratches to the screen.

Fantastic from start to finish. Had initially gone with a different company but put off by reading some of the experiences. Decided to go with Spring and the decision was definitely the right one. Package sent yesterday, tech reviewed, full report provided, initial offer was honoured, bank transfer completed all within 24 hours. Amazing!

A genuinely excellent experience.
I've used a few different services in the past, but none have been quite as efficient as Spring.
Less than 24 hours after posting the pre-paid Pouch back to them, I received my valuation (which was as estimated) and the funds were instantly transferrable. My device was kept in a case and screen protector for its entire life, so it was nice to know Spring didn't unreasonably lowball me after receiving the product.
The only point of note is although the website reads "Free, pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery", the return provided for me was Tracked 24. Not a problem in the end, but worth pointing out!
Overall, extremely impressed and will be recycling unwanted tech with Spring in the future.
