Outstanding Service
I had a mechanical issue while riding in Ayrshire, popped in to sprockets and the young mechanic did a quick repair and wouldn’t take any money, outstanding service and I will be going back to visit soon.

Extremely pleased with the low price compared to other suppliers and quick delivery.
The only issue I had was regarding the packaging. The tyre was shipped in a very thin bin liner which was torn so only half the tyre was covered.

The prices of the items i wanted were very competitive, they had them in stock, they despatched the same day i ordered (a Friday), they used a quality courier (DPD) and i had them in my hand on the Sunday without paying anything extra for delivery. You could not ask for more.

Hi Jonny,
Thank you for your review. I have checked the tracking with DPD and attempted to call you to discuss this.
As we were unaware of the issue until now, I haven’t been able to resolve it yet. I noticed the parcel hasn't been scanned for a few days, so I will contact DPD first thing tomorrow morning to investigate. In the meantime, we will send out a replacement for you tomorrow.
I apologize for the oversight; unfortunately, we are unable to monitor every parcel once it leaves us. Since it is currently Sunday evening, we will get this fully resolved for you on Monday.
