Good website and easy to order from
Good website and easy to order from. The price of the kickstand I bought was the cheapest I could find anywhere. The kickstand was protected in lots of bubblewrap and delivered by DPD, so I was relieved to know it wasn't going to be left on my doorstep for someone to walk off with!

Delivery from Scotland to Kent on next day. Any queries answered lightning quick. They are happily sourcing aftermarket parts for my extra battery. Keep up good work and I would definitely buy from them again and have already recommended to riding freinds.

Fast Turnaround
Had an estimated turnaround of about 4 days; bike was finished the following day.
Servicing was a bit cheaper than expected given I hadn’t had it serviced in over 2 years.

4 years after purchase and their Customer Care is brilliant !!
I bought a Mountain bike from Sprocket Cycles in 2022 and this week (Feb '26) I asked for their help in sourcing some new Frame Bearings.
They responded the same day and have just confirmed my new bearings will be delivered to me tomorrow AND there is NO Charge at all !!
Wow, that's what I call BRILLIANT Customer Care.
