I had been customer of SP services for…
I had been customer of SP services for many many years since before 2012 so that looks about 14 years since 2012 so say about two years no four years before that and this is the worst experience I’ve had specially when they’ve changed over from one CEO to another now they just don’t care about anyone false advertisement can’t be bothered to honour what they’ve actually put online Just let people go round houses with constant emails constant phone calls staff are just don’t care at least they get paid that’s all they bothered about not about the people actually on the ground doing the job to pay them for the equipment they need. I’ll try to order something email when all through payment went through and they just couldn’t be bothered About it just seem like two ladies just didn’t care about. I was saying on the phone just seem like it just went over the heads that confused they should’ve what I paid for but I’m never been treated by a company like this other companies if they haven’t got on stock, they will try their hardest to , send me something else of the same equipment I needed. I ordered a paediatric one form company but they have two. They will send me the other one this lot now they’ve got the equipment separate but they could’ve made a kit up but they just can be bothered they would make your way and wait and wait , from being the 15th of November to whenever when I need equipment this weekend and I’m still waiting on the refund that’s even if they honour it

Good customer service provided by Jasmine
Jasmine at customer services was very helpful when the wrong sized item was sent (due to using a product code which was displayed incorrectly on the website) in arranging for the item to be sent back and the correct item sent. Jasmine also went the extra mile to see if an alternative size erroneously displayed on the website (but seemingly not available to order) could be sourced from SP's supplier and also has said she will feed back the information I have provided to the website team to update.

SP dealt with my comments efficiently and quickly
