I received the keys of the new flat just 2 days ago I decided to wait submitted the review until I have the keys in my hands, it was the 1st time dealing with such a company as we never thought one day we will need to deal with it, however the Company is really professional, they accepted us despite the visa situation of my wife other brokers abandoned us once they know the visa situation of my wife as she is fresh in the country, Jack was very professional and found for us the best lender and mortgage offer, I recommend this company for anyone dreams to be a 1st time buyer , they will definitely help you despite your hard circumstances.

I felt like I was in safe hands
I’m very happy with the service received from SRC. I was assisted by Toni (administrator) and Jack (advisor), both very responsive and spot-on! I was genuinely impressed by Jack’s ability to understand my demands and needs, identify suitable options and overcome any challenges that came up throughout the process. Amy is a Gem!
Very impressed with SRC Financial. I can be a bit of a cynic with the admin and paperwork required for purchasing a property. Amy and Anneka were absolutely fantastic. Amy in particular went above and beyond to help us and she should be commended by her management team. She represented SRC Financial in a very positive light, a credit to the organisation.

Excellent support and advice from Jack and the SRC team from the beginning to the end. We really appreciate your efforts and brilliant customer service. If it wasn’t for you Jack, we will still not get on the property ladder. We have been rejected by a few brokers but you managed to guide us through swiftly offered us a better deal at the end. Great level of service
Great level of service, as a first time buyer the whole process was quite intimidating but my advisor explained everything clearly whilst answering any questions I had. Their level of communication was perfect and they were very good at explaining next steps after each communication. Highly recommend!

As a first time buyer both Toni & Jack really helped through the process & made all the steps within the process easy to understand, as well as being very active & responsive.
All the options were laid out & it had shown they had done their research before speaking to them as everything was well prepared in advance, making the whole process quick & easy.
