Serene was very helpful in answering all of my queries about the necklaces before I bought them and was super polite when I needed to return one.
Serene kept me informed through every step of the buying- packaging- shipping process which I appreciated very much.
My necklaces arrived in very good time and were packaged beautifully with a wee personalised note - these kind of small but really meaningful touches make all the difference when buying online :)
